There’s truly no amount of stars great enough for the kind of care Dr. Moore provides. For starters, he actively listens to your concerns, genuinely cares and WILL solve your problem. I suffered for 6 years with cystic adult acne, and tried serval dermatologists prior to finding Dr. Moore. The doctors that I saw prior to him, barely listened to my concerns and it was evident that I was just a number to them. However, under Dr. Moore’s care, my acne FINALLY went away, something that I honestly didn’t think was possible. I could never thank him enough, because he gave me my confidence back and made me feel beautiful again. Whenever I look at old pictures of myself, I am in complete disbelief that he was able to clear my horrible acne, he’s truly a UNICORN. Aside from solving my skin issues, he’s an AMAZING human being, he goes out of his way to make you feel comfortable and valued. I’ve NEVER come across any other doctor with his kind of bedside manner. You can tell he absolutely loves what he does, and it shows by the way his patients are cared for. I always recommend him to all my friends and family, who also has nothing but great things to say about him as well. I wish he practiced all forms of medicine, because he’d be my doctor for everything!

Dr Moore is by far THE most compassionate, caring, and knowledgeable Doctor whom is always willing to go the extra mile to ensure his patients are comfortable and in the best possible care. I’ve searched high and low over the years to find a suitable dermatologist for my needs, and Dr Moore checked all the boxes. I’d recommend him even to my household pet if I could!

Dr. Moore is hands down the best! My first dermatologist experience and I'm so glad with my decision. Dr. Moore was extremely kind, informal, patient, and very likable. His staff is also very kind and informal as well. He prescribed me with creams and pills to flush out my skins acne and improve my oiliness and breakouts. As a "snowbird" staying in FL for just three months I was lucky to meet Dr. Moore who agreed to help me with recovery from a minor surgical procedure that I had in my home state just a week before arriving in FL. He was receptive to reviewing my regular doctor's notes and also transmitting his medical records to my other doctor.

Since I will be in FL next winter season if I have any similar concerns I will definitely consult with him.

My daughter and I went for our first visit to Dr. Moore today, and I must say that I was very impressed and satisfied with the way that our first visit went. Dr. Moore was VERY thorough with all information and explanations given. He took the time to address any and all questions and concerns that I and my daughter had. His nursing assistant Sheila was also amazing! She explained all instructions fully on how to use the medications, and even wrote out the instructions so that there will be no misunderstandings on how to use each medication. Dr. Moore and Sheila work extremely well together! Their energy together is positive and uplifting. I feel like we truly are in good hands. I “m confident that as long as we do what the doctor orders we will obtain the desired results that we were searching for.

This is more a review of Hollywood Dermatology than for Julian Moore. In a word, the staff are incompetent. Doctor Moore, as good as he is, cannot provide a complete and positive patient experience without a reliable, accessible and dependable office staff. Never confuse staff enthusiasm for competency.

Almost to a fault, Dr Moore takes the time to listen to his patients so you might have to wait a bit. But he’s up-to-date on the latest research and is totally invested on delivering the best skin care- whether medical or cosmetic.
The office staff is friendly, , but especially Carlie, who is always supportive and will go the extra distance to help in any way she can.

I have been seeing Dr Moore for many years and would never go to any other dermatologist. He is professional, courteous and knowledgeable and his staff is the same. They are always attentive to my individual needs and concerns and would highly recommend them to any new patient.

Dr. Moore is a good doctor. However, the wait time is outrageous. Even if you get an early morning appointment, there is a horrible wait time. I had an appointment for 7: 40 in the morning and at 8: 40 AM the receptionist still could not tell me when I would see the doctor. This is unacceptable for people with jobs, who purposefully make early appointments to avoid this behavior. This is a terrible way to treat patients.

I waited an hour and a half to see the doctor for a follow up. I wish I could say it wasn’t worth it, but Dr. Moore is very professional and personable. Great doc, lousy wait time. Overall a 4/5 stars.
