I was a resident here for 6 yrs, and moved out during covid. I must admit that my time here was very enjoyable. I agree everywhere has its ups and downs but, I never had any major issues. I can truly say the office personnel was always nice & professional and, the maintenence team always completed my work orders in a professional & timely manner. We all respected each other and got a long *GREAT*. When I moved out I got all my security deposit back in a timely manner (NO OVERAGES or UNNECCESSARY FEES) were charged! Overall I miss this place and the price was great, I wish I could move back!:)

That lady in the office phils or whatever she name is sooooo rude and unprofessional. She is nasty and they need to change her. She never answers the phone and whenever an ad is available online and you call she said there is no vacancy which is false pretenses

It was horrible all of the tenants are very bougie everybody in the office is so hard to work with but when I met those tenants I did not want to stay any longer

Not professional at all. Every-time I call about something they never come like THEY SAY they are. My apartment has a dead rat in the vent and they aren’t doing anything to fix it it’s sad. Don’t move here. I wouldn’t advise no one to move here.

Why does the fire alarm have to go off every other night? Fix it

Visiting someone. Area was clean and quite. Looks like somewhere I would love to live.

I love the place they keep it up very nicely very clean. I enjoy living there.
