Dr. B is the best! I will be very sad when this man finally retires.
Is he very elderly? YES!
Is he blunt AF? YES!
Is his office busy AF EVERY SINGLE DAY? YES!
Is it worth all of this to have him as your doctor? YES 100%!

For people that don't know him, he was in a very serious car accident one early morning in 2021 & he was hit in his car by a semi-truck. He could have died, but this old man is TOUGH! Not only is he still kicking but he also came back to work when any other doctor his age would have just retired after an accident this serious. Not only did the doctor come back to work, but he made 100% sure his patients were taken care of while he was out recovering.

BLESS YOU DR. B - you are a hero to thousands of lee county residents & we appreciate you!

Dr. Berdick has over 40 years of medical experience. He has treated me and my family for years, keeping us healthy even with the covid 19 pandemic.
We are grateful for his continued service to our community.

I have seen doc Berdick for years.don't expect him to sugar Coat anything.u will come out with ur feelings hurt! He has always been on point with labs etc. He is very wise old man.and puts more hours in than men a third his age! Keep kicking @$$ Dr Berdick! We love u man!

It took a bit of getting used to mostly because I had the same Primary Care Doctor for a long time. It certainly wasn't hard to get in for your initial appointment taking the option to fill out the forms prior to my first appointment. He was very Nice to me and I had a feeling he might know me from myself being in Healthcare for so long. He filled what I needed and asked if I could bring in all the meds from my prior PCP. Easy and fast. I had a couple issues especially with all the Doctors having to change to electronic Prescriptions including Dr Berdick which is where his staff or support team didn't seem to have been trained in Electronic Scripts. As we know the distortion that having one person tell another something gets lost and that's usually my scripts lol. It took awhile but things got better when The Whole Staff Walked Out Mid Shift! Good riddance Health Care isn't for the faint of heart and so many people rely on us being right and trained in what we do. That's why it's a profession something that staff didn't get. CAUSE NO HARM I think walking out mid shift harms a lot of people. But the office is up and running much better than before. I can call the office and talk to live people. No 25 minutes on hold and yes they did return my call. I am not a Friend of Dr Berdick But I know 2 things I'm willing to share. For one I know Health Care and am well aware of the problems so many struggle with on a regular basis some never get to a Doctor. Second Dr Berdick may not be Mr. Bedside or He zips through his patients appointments leaving it up to us to be assertive when we see him. Be Ready with what you want to address. Write it down worked for me. Last when he closes shop there isn't a lineup bending blocks to replace his practice. Good luck

I used to see Dr Berdick many many years ago I didn't even know he was still practicing still. He was always nice to my little guy when he had to come with me to an appointment.
He's very versatile in what he can treat always sent me for lots and lots of testing as I'm a diabetic.
Till this day he gives the best cortisone shots ever like they work instantly!
Everyone is going to have good points and bad points but I have nothing bad to say and he sees Everyone in his office e erdsy and walk-ins used to operate 5 am he really really loves his job and spends many many more hours than any other doctor I've known and I've lived in 3 states and I'm 41 now I may just switch back.

DR Burdick needs to retire, I pay 100 dollars for my son to see him for a second. He says he will do things and totally forgets. The service their is a joke. Nobody cares, they put you on hold and leave you their. It's a miserable experience. The simplest things are impossible. The doctor is about 100 yes old and does not want to be their. Finding new doc today.

This Doctor saved my life! The Staff is superb
The Doctor sent me to get my lab work and Pap smear. Great people. Helping people get better.

He is a great listener and really understands what you're telling him in about how you feel

Dr. Berdick is awesome! He's old school and knows his field. He's about having you healthy and he's right to the point. Ebony is the very best. The reviews that say she's rude are wrong, she's VERY busy and some people mistake her. She's very good at her job and wears many hats as needed. The rest of the staff are friendly as well and learning. Best Docty and staff in Lee County.

Ebony the receptionist I heard is usually very friendly but I have had 2 experiences with this women were she has been nothing but rude. I have never had someone talk to me or embarrass me like that without even knowing a person or talking to her before. Was very unbusiness like.

I really am glad I ignored the rumors about Dr. Berdick and now use him for my PCP. The Doctor fulfills a great community need which I have been told by very respected people

No nonsense. Always knows just what to do. 20+ years as his patient. Not on any medication. Friendly staff and hard working

Try getting through to someone on the phone. My pharmacist can't even get through sometimes for days. The new Doctor is miserable and rude.

Dr writes copious amounts of controlled substances. He promotes addiction for his own financial gain

I went to get my blood work done this morning and no one was there. The office was closed.

They just shut down entire office with no heads up, nobody rescheduling or calling in refills. These Meds we take you can't just stop after 20 yrs. We have seizures etc. Very unprofessional like patients don't matter.
