Horrible, Rude and Unprofessional Office Staff

I have been trying to schedule an appointment for over four weeks now.

They first made me send over my medical records before scheduling an appointment and then no one called me back.

I then called and they said they couldn’t schedule until Dr Nowicki reviewed my medical records and then no one called me back again.

I just called for a third time and the woman that answered the phone was extremely impatient, rude and hung up on me.

I would hope that Dr Nowicki does not want to present this type of image to the public

The doctor came very highly recommended from another doctor friend of mine.

Extremely disappointing, and I will be sure and let my doctor friend know not to refer him in the future.

I understand he is a very good DR but his scheduling staff could use some Ms. Manners training. I tried to schedule an appt and she was just totally rude. On this account I would not use this Drs officed. She is the first person folks talk to. She is to schedule not diagnose.
