3 They do not pick up the phone.
How does someone make an appointment my goodness
If I could I would leave 0 stars. Customer services is non existent here and they’ll NEVER EVER EVEEEEER pick up the phone and if they do after calling 100 times in a row, they’ll give you an attitude and ask you to stop calling. Yes, 0% support, extremely unfriendly staff at the desk and everything is confusing and messed up. They don’t communicate anything insurance related like changes or things like that. Overall Dr. Kim Hull is a sweetheart and very professional and I really wish she can find an actual functional team to work with, cause my (7months treatment) has been hell, always incomplete information and as I said before, absolutely all my appointments have been a pain, waiting 3+ hours and them not sending my doctors order to the labs. Just 0 STARS
"Excellent, superb, empathetic" are the three words that come to mind when describing Dr Hull. My wife went to her and she loved her experience from the staff to the physician. Me and my spouse are both in healthcare field. I can say without a doubt Dr Hull was adored and loved by my wife. She took the time to listen and answer all her questions. I highly recommend Dr Hull for your dermatology care-no better. Thank you to Dr Hull and the team for taking care of my wife.:)
