My friend's AC died in North Naples. The two quotes she got were for several thousand dollars. I called Mark, and he sent someone that day who fixed what she had for a fraction of the price. This was 2 years ago, and it is still working today! Thanks Dr Kool!
Very professional and responsive company. Technicians were both professional/polite and also effective.
The installation crew (Adel, Guillermo, and Ram Luis) were excellent. They were very thorough, precise, and took all the time necessary to do the A/C installation correctly. They were respectful of our home and did a great job. The A/C unit is running well and we plan to continue with the Dr Kool maintenance program.
Unable to perform repair, stated needed new thermostat and did not carry any. Had to pay for full hour service call even though there only 15 minutes and did nothing.send a quote the next business day for three times the amount billed by another company.
This company did both call me and responded to my critique and have offered to refund me for the service call so i have changed my rating to four stars. Once the money shows up on my card, i would be willing to change it to 5 stars.
Called Dr. Kool for a second opinion on fixing our ac unit. First place (original installers) quoted us $15k and said none of the parts would be covered by warranty (unit was less than a year old). Dr. Kool came out the same day I called them, diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts that WERE covered by warranty and got my system up and running! Literally saving me thousands of dollars! Prompt, responsive, honest, highly recommended.
