Dr. Limón is absolutely the most delicious restaurant ever. The food is amazing, very unique combination of flavors. My favorite is the Miyagui Tiradito and the Loco Colato fried ceviche. My kids love the Lomo Saltado and Aji de Gallina. The service is great and very friendly, specially Zandra she is so helpful and sweet.

Delicious peruvian food and awesome 10 star service with Sandra. She was our server and honestly she exceed expectations. We will be back for sure! Highly recommended restaurant! Best Peruvian restaurant!

The staff is very nice and the food was ok. But it was impossible to enjoy it in that sauna. After several attempts to get the staff to do something about the AC, they finally told me that they could not control the thermostat. That it was thru the owner’s app who had this weird rule of having the AC 3 degrees below outside…keep in mind that this is south florida and it was 90 degrees out during lunch. We were eating a hot pescado a lo macho in 87 degrees…what a rule…to save pennies on the electric bill. People walked out before sitting down a few times…

Not very impressive place and the service ok. Wish I could say the food made up for it, but it didn’t. The steak was cold and the roll has too much creme cheese and not balanced right. The suspiro limeño dessert was watery. To add insult to injury, the bill I was charged (substantially more $) was not my bill and I would not have known had I not asked for a copy of my receipt as I was walking out. Accident? Maybe, but not cool. Will not return.

Food was Ok, but the service was bad. We were not brought half the things we asked for and had to keep reminding the waiter. They have 6 taps but no draft beer, and all their bottled beer was warm. The restaurant itself was also uncomfortably hot.

I'm updating my review. We come to this area once a year. This is the first Dr Limon we went to. We have been to this and Miami Lakes. The first time we ate here a few years back we were blown away. Everything was perfect. The Miami Lakes location was too. Fast forward a few years, this place isn't the same. It was far from perfect. The Pisco Sour was incredibly tiny and all the bartender said was wait for the egg to settle.still tiny and all foam. The food was good, but seemed to have lost its edge. The waitress came and stacked a bunch of plates to take away and it just didn't make for how perfect and romantic and friendly the place used to be. I still really like Dr. Limon, but don't suggest going to this location.

The food at this restaurant was delicious and presentation was beautiful. Flavors were exquisite and portions were large. Staff was friendly but wish wait staff was a little more attentive to tables outside. We felt forgotten more than once. Will be coming back and hope the visit the other locations!

Nice presentation, free leche de tigre sample upon arrival, and friendly staff. As far as food goes, I really enjoyed the pisco sours & crab tostones. The lomo saltado felt like it was missing something and the steak wasn’t as high quality as other peruvian spots. I felt the ceviche was also missing something. The prices are very high for the quality of food that you get, a bit inconsistent in my opinion.

Also they advertise a free dessert if you leave a review - but they don’t tell you it’s not a listed dessert from the menu, but just a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

All in all - overpriced, good peruvian food, but definitely not the best.

We went at lunch time last Sunday and we still had to pay dinner prices. Very expensive, not even Ceviche 105 in Brickell has these high prices. The food was ok. To make it worse, the server and the lady at the entrance were not even frienfly.

I came here based on a recommendation and the food wasn't great. The shrimp ceviche tasted like it wasn't even macerated instead it was as if lemon juice was poured on top, papa a la huancaína had no spice whatsoever and not once did the waiter come to the table to ask how the food was or if I needed a refill in my drink. I waited for the whole meal to be completed and the waiter only came back to bring the check.

This was on a Sunday afternoon and there were only 3 other small groups of couples dining there.

Good is great! But I am pretty sure they are understaffed… one waiter doing a lot.the service wasn’t good. He was very dismissive and it took a lot to catch him even though he walked right in front of our table… dismissed us not to say ignored us.

Exquisite! Great portions. The food tastes amazing. It's an explosion of flavors in your mouth. Pleased with the service and quick serving time. Perfect temperature and exotic presentation of the plates. We fully recommend and planning to return soon.
