This person is interested in nothing more than your money or how to squeeze your insurance. She doesn't care about anything else, not your problem, your suffering. He will medicate you, charge you and goodbye

They are only concerned with collecting money. I was late for a video appointment but the gave me an invite into the waiting room and accepted me into the waiting room. After 20 minutes they kicked me out if the waiting room and charged me a $35 late fee the next day. Since there wasn't $35 in the account they took every penny that was there. When I made the appointment on Friday there were appointments starting in early May. When I tried to make a new appointment Tuesday morning, they said they earliest appointment was the end of July. From Friday afternoon to Tuesday morning I am supposed to believe that filled the rest of May, all of June and most of July? She couldn't answer, she just kept asking about the $35. I asked why they accepted me in the waiting room, she only wanted to know about the $35. When I said I wasn't going to survive to July because I wasn't working she only asked about the $35. This is how they are treating a patient suffering from mental health issues including severe depression. These people shouldn't be allowed to treat animals no less humans.

I just spoke to a very rude young man. Barely speaks or understands English.amazing a doctors office would have someone like that.secondly did not have a clue what he was doing. Thirdly, tries to give me an attitude, then refuses to transfer me to someone else. Right now just left me hanging thinking I am going to forget this. Butch league unprofessional behavior.cannot believe a great doctor would have this person working there.update.now "waldo" supervisor D claims that I should move my appointment a month ahead, so the Dr can prescribe my meds. So, we have gone from defending the incompetent employee, to blaming the pharmacy, to now wanting the patient to pay to get medicines he was supposed to already have.good job.
