Florida Spine & Pain Center was recommended to me by my GP. I was seen by Dr Lowell S. Davis and his staff. From my first phone call to set up my initial appointment, through the reception I received upon arrival and my actual appointment I cannot say enough about their Professionalism and very friendly Demeanor as well as their knowledge concerning pain management. I recently moved here from New York State where I had been treated for many years for pain management and was in desperate need of a pain management facility. I am extremely impressed with Dr Davis and his staff and highly recommend anyone in need of these services to give them a call.

Dr. Davis and Michelle are very good in the practice of pain management. I have multiple
problems with chronic pain.

I was helped a great deal with treatment at their office. I highly recommend your family to use them for your severe pain treatment. Blessings.

After an accident I had nerve damaged and I couldn’t drive. Thanks to his knowledge, skills and dedication I’m back to my old life. The plus is I get to wear my beautiful high heels shoes again.

Dr Davis has been treating me for the various parts of my spine and he is so efficient, caring almost pain free while preforming a procedure. Both he and Michelle are attentive to your needs. I'm very grateful for this pair.

Michelle Cotayo, ARNP is an amazing & professional medical practitioner.
I live in Port Saint Lucie and it takes me at least an hour to drive to her office.
To me, that speaks volumes as to her level of care. She takes time to answer any questions I have and explains everything that relates to my revision anterior approach spine surgery I underwent and the reasons for my mobility and pain issues.
She not only listens, but also outlines solutions. I have recommended her and doctor Davis to friends and family. My son is a rather new (finished residency) Emergency Department Doctor; and my personal thoughts is that I hope he will be half as effective as Doctor Davis and fortunate to work with nurses and other medical professionals that are of the caliber of Mrs. Cotayo. She is truly a credit to the medical profession and represents herself as an amazing medical professional.

Assembly Line Pain Management- The only reason I gave 2 stars was because they were able to get me in very quickly with a phone call from my doctor. I was in immense pain. The young woman at the sign in counter was very pleasant but the rest of the staff showed absolutely no compassion whatsoever. I was crying, in pain and not one person, not even his assistant, thought to offer even a tissue for my nose/eyes. (PS: pain clinic and no tissues available? !) Dr. Davis essentially flew into the room, did not give me 5 minutes to explain my symptoms/pain locations, etc. It was like he had already made up his mind what was needed. He left before signing the prescriptions and I was told by the staff that he could not call in the scripts and that I would have to wait there, in pain, until he returned from lunch. It took a call to my main Dr to reach him directly and of course, yes he could call in the script. I left the office feeling extremely angry and in pain. Wasted time waiting that I could have been home resting. I decided to try to give the office another chance as we know that everyone has bad days. I called to make an appt, left a message and did not get a return call for appt for 2 days! In the meantime I had called back and they told me there were no openings for almost a month. How can a pain office operate with no openings for acute break throughs. I will not be returning.

4/14 update. Dr. Davis called personally. We had a very nice conversation and as I am in the Healthcare business too, I am hoping this really was a case of the front end not being in sync with the back end. He really is a nice, compassionate doctor. I have increased this to a 3- star and will give them another chance after our conversation. Maybe a third time is the charm.

Dr Davis is one of the best doctors I've ever had. He is my pain management doctor and is so incredibly warm and personable. Immediately when he enters the room, he takes time to get to know you and is so
patient and such a good listener. Thanks Dr Davis!

Everyone was nice showing concern for my pain. The wait time was minimal. Dr Davis explained the findings from my MRI's and took time to answer my questions and explain options for my treatment.

As good as doctors get. Dr. Davis is honest, thoughtful, and truly cares about helping people out of pain. Look no further.

I have been suffering with lower back pain for as long as I can remember. I always attributed to the fact the I have scoliosis. I had an MRI which, to my amazement, shows by spine is full of bulges and narrowing. I denied surgery and was referred for pain management with Dr Davis. I met Michelle, his nurse practitioner on my first visit. She is as caring and sweet as anyone can be. She took a long time with me looking at the images and discussing treatments. I chose an eliduepi injection. Next, I met Dr Davis who was to perform the procedure. He is also extremely caring and pathetic. He sat at my eye level, placed his hand on my shoulder for reassurance and generate calm and gave me all the time I needed in appeasing my concerns. On the day of the procedure the preoop staff made me feel as I knew them for a long time. Their approached clam me down. Michele dropped by and said hello. Dr Davis was in the procedure suite ready for me. He explained each step of the procedure as he went along. His 100 percent concentration was on me.

With all this sais, I truly trust Dr Davis and his entire staff.
