4I wouldn’t give him one star! He will take your money and tell you his work is guaranteed. It’s not! My wife has 4 post and 1 had failed. Dr. Rosario said I will build a sold foundation and my work is guaranteed. Now she has 5. He wants more money and haven’t even had implants installed! I went to a different Oral surgeon to find now 4 have failed. Save your money and go to an Oral Surgeon that cares about you and not the dollars and wouldn’t look you in the eyes and tell you it’s guaranteed. And take your money.
Fantastic care from start to finish. Probably the worst thing is to get a tooth pulled, but the doctor made the visit a pleasure. In addition, his staff are extremely friendly and pleasant.

Dr. Rosario did an amazing job with my Extractions. I had 4 wisdom teeth and 4 bicuspids extracted under sedation. All my friends and family were surprised at how quickly I recovered. I had absolutely no bruising and I’m surprised that swelling only lasted around 2 days. (I did drink a lot of pineapple juice though!) I was scared to get 8 teeth extracted all at once but I felt relief knowing Dr. Rosario will be doing it. THANK YOU SO MUCH! If you’re looking for oral surgeons, I recommend choosing Ocala Oral Surgery. Staff is amazing and very friendly. 100/10 <3
