7Dr Casas and her staff are wonderful. I had an eye exam yesterday for the first time and I'm in a wheelchair and the staff couldn't have been more helpful, accommodating, patient, understanding, and friendly. I needed to take time to maneuver my wheelchair to be able to get into the exam chair and they helped and and i could not have done it without their assistance. But they were so kind and helpful. Thank you!
Dr Casas is very professional, she uses high tech gadgets and gives very accurate diagnosis.
Dr. María M Casas was amazing! She answered every single one of my questions and was very patient with me. I’ve never had such a good eye exam. Her staff was also very nice and patient during the CL training. Recommend her 100% and will be coming back every year for my eye exam.
The entire experience was lovely! The process was streanlined, and everyone helped me as it was my first time dealing with bad vision. Although I do not remember all the names, each person was amazing, and Maria was great at helping me choose the correct frames and lense options for me! I'm glad I chose this location!
Dr. Casas is amazing. She was very patient during the exam and showed concern and urgency when referring my daughter to a cornea specialist.
Get my exam done here every year. The Doctor is exceptional as well as her staff, who are professional and friendly. Could not recommend more.
Very poor experience at the optometrist consultation today. They just seemed to be interested in making money from the appointments without consideration of the patient's time or money. The optometrist - Diana Jimenez did not do any detailing of the Optomap screening and also mentioned that they were unable to provide me with a soft copy of it from the system. I have never had issues with this in any of the similar facilities in the past. The customer service also should have been better and looks like they need some training on how to clean the equipment after each patient is seen, which I did not see being done at all. Please ensure that you have the customers treated well to avoid losing follow-up patients.
