Dr. Mark Jaffe - MD reviews
10HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I almost left crying…Much like many other reviews on here. Didn’t care to listen to my symptoms, only rambled on loudly about my ANA being positive and how it means nothing to him, and how my appointment is a waste of his time, how he’s not a pain clinic, how my family history of RA is irrelevant, the list goes on and on how extremely rude and disrespectful this doctor was to me. He even pulled my hair and asked if it was a wig (guessing as a very condescending way of saying you don’t have alopecia). I am a nurse and I’m fully aware of how many autoimmune diseases there are and I can honestly say this doctor is interested in treating you only if you are on your death bed. He is not interested in seeing if any of your symptoms could be autoimmune related. So if you decide to go to him just make sure you are almost dying from your autoimmune disease and best of luck to you!
Dr. Jaffe is very knowledgeable. I’ve had good results since being in his care. His office is well organized and his staff is caring and helpful. If you need a rheumatologist you should definitely make an appointment.
I've been Dr. Jaffe's patient for over 14 yrs. He's never been wrong with all the treatments I've needed. His infusion center is really good, and his infusion nurse, Lynette is very nice and caring with everyone. His office staff is very kind and accommodating as well. They get a 10 from me.
Dr. Jaffe is the best. I discovered him 9 years ago and he really improved my life. The infusion center nurse is very welcoming and great at her job.
Dr. Jaffe was refreshingly honest and direct while at the same time educating me. If you’re looking for a Dr. Who you feel is Honest & sincere it’s this man.
Dr Jaffee diagnosed a special condition I had developed in a timely fashion and perscribed medicine that helped me to feel much better and hopefully get a remission of my condition. Thanks very much for helping us get through a really rough time regarding my health, much appreciated Dr. Jaffe
This was my first visit to Dr. Jaffe
I found him to be a remarkable “people person” & doctor, he also was compassionate, he actually explained to me issues that I could be experiencing in a “down to earth” sometimes even comical manner that I was able to understand, and I appreciated that.
I’ve seen a lot of doctors in 65 years so I believe I’m a credible judge of character.
My wife was asked by Dr Mark Jaffes " Do you speak English! No of course you don't speak English" He had pulled her hair pulled and asked if it was real. He spoke bad about my last name. Told my wife she was wasting HIS time. This was a referral from another Doctor in which she needed to see a Rheumatologist to see something that came up in a blood test. My wife is a cancer survivor and in severe pain. The entire time gave respect though none was given. All of this happened while he was screaming in her face. I am sending in a complaint again this Doctor to the Dept of Health. I would not recommend this Doctor that treats people thus way. He was extremely discriminatory with my wife.
Dr. Jaffe got me out of pain.
What more can I ask for. Every joint hurt now I can work and go for walks on the beach with my wife. Best doctor I've ever had.
It was my first time seeing Dr. Jaffe and I definitely didn't feel like it was worth the visit. I mean, he's a very nice person but he was very, VERY, energetic explaining the details on why I'm there with my lab work and that my ANA-Titer patterns are just screenings and that I don't really look "sick". Really didn't allow me to talk and explain why I was tested to begin with, which my allergist decided to screen since my hands were causing severe hives for an unknown reason. Again, he was nice but I would probably go look for another rheumatologist if you're looking for someone who is empathetic and would question and listen to your medical history, since he didn't really ask, just straight to the point about you not looking sick or in pain. At least the staff were nice and friendly.
