My husband are full time senior travelers and have been patients of Dr. Ilagan for years. We called to make appointments for both of us for our regular colonoscopies/endoscopies as we are in the US for a short visit. They said we would have to find a new doctor. The reason is that they won’t allow us to do a telemed visit for the prior visit but instead have to come into the office before we are allowed to proceed with the colonoscopy. And they don’t have any appointments for us in the same week, even though we are 6 months out.

VERY disappointing as we now have to scramble to find and change all our records to a new doctor. They don’t seem very accommodating or at all helpful after all these years.
