Terrible attention, a lot of lack of ethical professionalism and a lot of lack of education, I arrived 5 minutes late for the appointment with my son and they treated me terribly. They also told me that they couldn't treat me because the tests I did a month ago that I did on him didn't have them, something they should have see a request to the laboratory or see me called to change the appointment, they give me a new appointment for 3 months and they tell me that the Dr.is NOT going to see me for that appointment because I was late for today's appointment, I tell her to cancel the appointment and she They say that the doctor will never take care of my son anymore. It's incredible that they treat patients like this. I don't recommend them because they are not professional at all.
And they treat in a bad way.

Rude, 0 empathy, wait up to 3 hours to be attended to, I don't recommend her to anyone, for God's sake that lady traumatizes

One star rating more like none star rating! Let me start off by they don’t answer the phone. Walked in the office and some lady gave me a snappy attitude that I just turned myself back out. If your going to have ladies represent your office like this, than I could only imagine the kind of doctor I’m stepping into. I found a much nicer office of nuerology that got to my needs promptly!

The Doctor is an excellent person, very dedicated to her profession, the staff is very good, they always try to help you, in short, it is a wonderful team.

Incredible how rude a nurse practitioner with a specialty in neurology is.after 3 canceled appointments the patient revokes.well, this is just happening here.luckily there is a wide market of DOCTORS specialized in neurology!
