Dr. Melissa Noelle Franco, D.O., Pinecrest FL

I almost selfishly don’t want to recommend her because, since everyone loves her, she’s already so busy. She is by far my favorite doctor, she and her staff take the time to really sit and talk to you, and go over any concerns you may have. She has a very friendly demeanor and goes above and beyond. Needless to say, I highly recommend her!

I can't say enough about Dr. Melissa Franco she's by far the best Dr I ever have she's always with a positive attitude, always listen all my concerns with attention and do her job very professionally she's awesome.

The staff is courteous, kind and professional. My wait period was within my expectations and Dr. Franco is an attentive listener and has to be one of the best around. I'm very pleased with the overall care I receive there.

Dr Melissa Franco has what everyone wants from a doctor very kind, friendly and welcoming someone you can feel comfortable talking to she is always willing to help. The five star is for the doctor. The front desk staff is not very professional they are not welcoming they should try to keep their day to day life gossip to themselves and stop speaking loudly among themselves in front of patients waiting in the lobby, The wait time is always one hour long although they say make an appointment. I feel I should be able to see my doctor whenever I want, not have to wait three and four months to see my doctor. Also, the employees that work their do not have empathy for the patients calling to see their primary care doctor.

Not enough parking spaces. Had to ride around til i found a spot. Arrived in the dr's office on time, but wasn't called til an hour and 45 mins Later. Nurse was very apologetic. The dr. Franco is a awesome doctor. She was very thorough. Gave me good advice.

Melissa Franco is a simply fantastic Primary Care Physician. I couldn't be happier to be under her care.

Melissa (5 stars) is always fantastic, just overbooked by Baptist (1 star). I’ve never had an appointment that’s not at least an hour later than the start time. There is also no appointment availability for 3-4 months.

Staff is very friendly and my Doctor Franco is awesome, she ensures that she checks and ask me questions in reference to my health as well as my mental ability.

Dr. Melissa Franco has always been so genuinely pleasant, helpful, and caring. She also does women wellness visits. I am happy I found her as my primary and her staff has great customer service.

Dr. Franco is amazing! So easy to talk to, she listens and takes the time to explain things. I was recommended to her by my sister and I recommend her every chance I get. The staff at her office is also very helpful and friendly. Book your appointment with time and if you have to wait a little, it’ll be worth it.

Scheduled by this doctors office months ago for a annual visit, only to sit in this office for a hour (2hours! Total if I count the preparation time to reach the office early, like a responsible client) before they figure my appoint was set a month too early to be considered a annual visit. Shameful. This office need to get their act together being good doctors is not good enough when the service is awful.

Dr. Franco has been a family doctor for several years, when you get her, it's great.but Baptist has grown and this practice has grown that it is difficult to get an appointment if you are a working professional and the access to the doctors has become impersonal. You follow a mechanized approach to scheduling and visits, if you step out of that schedule, you are penalized. I had an issue with a prescription refill that I have had for many years but could only get to an assistant. Very impersonal.

My Daughter scheduled her first appointment about a year ago which was cancelled, ok things happen! Since then in good faith we rescheduled, another appointment #2 and it was also cancelled and we had to wait a few months as her schedule was full. Then honestly upset with her being cancelled twice before I waited and looked for my daughter to see someone else. My husband is a physician and this would NEVER have happened in his office. He said try again she is supposed to be good! We rescheduled for the 3rd time. So guess what we were cancelled again by Dr. Franco. I put my foot down and asked that Dr. Franco call me today that was about 10 days ago. Instead the secretary called me back with in 5 minutes and rescheduled my daughter for the same day but earlier instead of cancelling. Today 12- 29-20 the office called me to cancel my daughters appointment again. 4 times in a row. My daughter has never been seen. Who runs a practice like this. Shame on Dr. Franco and worst yet she is aware she has cancelled 4 times. If you value your time and need to be seen DO NOT BOOK WITH DR. FRANCO!

Dr Franco is the best doctor I have had experience with for the longest time. She is a very compassionate person and always listen to her patients.
