Worst patient care I’ve ever experienced. I had to wait close to 2 hours to be seen. The nurses and staff are very rude and don’t take the time to even introduce themselves. I was greeted with a “take your shirt off” and a bunch of stickers being thrown on me without any explanation of what was happening. I asked how much longer the wait would be and they said “shortly”. I was then put in another room to wait even longer. Terrible experience I wanted to walk out so bad but I was already charged. They are extremely inconsiderate of your time. I asked multiple times how much longer and they acted annoyed and shooed me away. Saw doctor for a total of 3 min.

I’m only giving this office a one because the testing I needed was performed and I did eventually get my results. I found Dr Hasan’s approach to be rude and he was short with explanations. The office staff were extremely unorganized and the communication from them was terrible. The lack of communication caused me to drive 4 hours for an appointment which had been canceled. Additionally, I was scheduled for a stat procedure but, according to the staff, stat includes dates over a period of days. Was not contacted regarding the results and only obtained them after reaching out to them and then sitting in the office for over two hours waiting to collect the documents by hand. Because of their delays, a scheduled surgery had to be postposted twice. I have been a nurse for over 25 years and I would not recommend this office to anyone.

I’ve seen Sharon the ARNP at the Davie location; she was very professional, patient & courteous. Overall the staff is very nice.

I have been a patient of Dr. Mian A. Hasan, for over 1 year. He is beyond knowledgeable and he is always willing to explain and answer all my questions. He has been always extremely attentive and personally concerned. My heart palpitations and anxiety are completely gone.
I'm so glad I have found him.

Saw the doctor 1 hour and 45 min after appointment time, he was so rushed, literally walking out the exam room door as I was still asking a question! They have a sign on the wall that says if you call us with a question and leave a voicemail we will answer you within 72 hours! It says something like if you cannot wait that long, drive over there. What? Read the online reviews of Vanguard Medical, that is the same office. Wish I had read them before we went there.

This office has the worst patient care I have ever received. On hold for hour to make an appointment no one picks up. When you leave messages they will not be returned. This is so disgusting that they don't even care to relay emergency messages left for the physician for a patient that had a recent heart attack. This place is a joke and a hazard for any patient that goes here. I am frustrated to the point of seeking legal counsel. Go ahead and try it for yourself and try making an appointment.

Absolutely the worst staff you can encountered, you can not talk to a real person and when you are able to leave a message they NEVER return your calls and the mail box are full.
Do yourself a favor find another doctor, the doctor is good but the office staff is not worth dealing with it is atrocious

Horrible. They reschedule my appointment 5 times. Always the same BS, they do not have technician, the doctor is not available etc. After two months trying to do a stress test, I had to look for another cardiologist. Also, if I want to have access to my medical records I have to pay extra.
The last time I was at the office at Andrews (FLL), the doctor Mian Hasan did not show up.
One time, they schedule one test at 8am, but nobody was there. The office was closed.
Believe me! The worst place ever.
Look for another doctor.

My appointment was very late on a Monday, the comments about the staff were haunting me as I arrived to the office. As such, I may have been too judgemental to start with. However, the staff were very pleasant, the nurse was professional and amicable and the doctor was pass and took his time to listen for a first time patient. Great experience despite the unfair negative comments.

I think Dr Hassan its actually a decent doctor, his staff on the other hand very unprofessional. My mother is his patient and I tried to contact their office for 3 weeks leaving vm and getting passed around everyday without ever getting a call back. Then I had to get a form sign by the doctor which took 3 days without a response so I had to go and wait 2 hours for the paper. I WILL definitely tell you if you can find another doctor please do. If you wait for the office to call you back you might die of old age or a heart attack! WORSE OFFICE STAFF IN SOUTH FLORIDA! If I can give zero stars I will.

"Please read before making your appt". My EKG came back bad so as my cholesterol, (not to mention pressure on my chest), so I went to see Dr. Hassan right a way. Meg at ext: 223 is the only person in charge to deal with all insurance approvals and since I kept on with discomfort on my chest, I decided to call the office (Meg at ext 223) after 5 days to find out about my status from the insurance so that I can get further testings. They put me on hold for more than 20 min, then I left a voice mail message with MEG at ext 223.after several attempt, they started transfering my phone calls (I realized that they had a caller ID) to all voice mails on purpose! On my last attempt DR. HASSAN picked up the phone SHOUTING at me not to call anymore! That YOU HAD TO WAIT 2 DAY FOR A CALL BACK! AT ALL THIS HE WAS SHOUTING AT ME LIKE IF HE WAS DOING ME A FAVOR!
