From the beginning the staff at Dr. Baptista’s office has gone above and beyond. I had some hoops to jump through with my insurance, and the staff helped answer every one of my questions and every crazy email I sent. I never felt like just a patient or just a number moving through the system. Dr. Baptista has answered all of my questions and made this new lifestyle easy to breakdown and understand. I will recommend this team to everyone.

I had the opportunity to follow Dr. Baptista’s practice, patient care and surgical cases for an entire month as a visiting physician who is used to observe different doctors in the surgical field. I can confidently say that Dr. Baptista’s skills and confidence can explain why he is so relaxed in the operating room, and things just go so smoothly. He is very dedicated to his patients. All patients adore him, as the staff in the hospital. His office staff is a mirror of his dedication to the patients. The patients feels “home”, when they are in Dr. Baptista office. All the staff really cares about each individual’s needs. I will miss seen this environment.

Dr. Baptista is an incredible care doctor, he’s not the person that sees you at a visit and send you on your way, he the doctor we all wish we had, that doctor that makes personal calls to follow us if your having an issue and works through it until it’s resolved. My experience with the staff and doctors was amazing. They’re very knowledgeable, personable and they made feel confident with getting the sleeve procedure. I was afraid for years to do the surgery but when I met Dr Baptista he immediately educated me about the differences in weight loss surgery. He recognized how afraid I was. I’m 3 months post op and I feel amazing. Dr Baptista and his team has and is still taking great care of me.

Dr Baptista is amazing! My husband was at first apprehensive about me at 68 years old having the surgery. The doctor spent a long time with my husband and I and answered any question we had. I went in with the idea of having a gastric sleeve done, however after discussing with him the possibility of my acid reflux and swallowing issues getting worse, we decided to go with the lap band. My husband said that Dr Baptista made him feel much better about it and felt the decision for lap band was the best choice for me. Both of us really like Dr Baptista, he is the most caring compassionate doctor we’ve ever met.
