Dr ramos is great but the staff is horrible never answers the phone and I have some questions about my appointment phone doesn't get answered and voice mail is full.how can I get through.very upset

Dr Ramos is great but the staff. I had to call three times before I got a call back. I had an appointment for testing and his staff called radiology and changed my appointment but never called me to let me know. I drove an hour to go for testing that was to start at 7 am only to be told my doctor's office called and changed my appointment. AND NO ONE LET ME KNOW. AND I AM VERY UPSET.
