Went in for glasses and contacts for my daughter. The doctor got annoyed with my daughter because she was getting one letter wrong. Tells her not to guess only to go back 5 minutes and tell her to guess. And then again berates her for guessing. When it came to the contacts as he tried to put then in my daughter is understandably to nervous. She move her eye the wrong direction and the contract fell out. Not only did he berate her for that but as well saying "well that was my last one " only to magically find another one 5 minute later. As he tried to put the second contact he was basically forcing the contact in her due to the point where recoiled while I was telling him that's enough. Overall rude and probably has to find a new practice. While exciting to be called for flats since I already wasted 2 hours there my daughter asked if we can just leave. I got up and asked the receptionist if I can just pay and get my daughters prescription I a told I had to wait, because she was not authorized to get it while she was the one that asked us every medical prescreening question. When I asked if she can get someone that is to get it and tried to explain why again after I did was told I needed to leave and that e police were being called. I waited 10 minutes then went back inside to ask if she did and was not given an answer, only was told i needed to leave. I called the police and waited for them, so I can get my prescription that my insurance was still going to pay for. By this time the only person that was decent in that place came out and apologized and offers me my prescription only after the police arrived. He needs to retire along with some of his employees. No care for patients unless it was just me and my 15 yr old he didn't like.

We are tourists from the uk. Our baggage never arrived and my poor daughter was struggling to see without her contact lenses. We felt our trip to Orlando (Disney, universal, water parks etc) was going to be wasted as a result.
Luckily we met dr Noel Henry by chance on a shopping trip.
He listened to our situation and looked through the documentation we had from our optician from the UK. Of course the prescription style was different and Dr Henry had to interpret.
He provided what my daughter needed and our holiday was rescued. He also was kind enough to do the work pro bono.
We cannot thank him enough. We recommend him.

Dr. Noel Henry was a pure gentleman. Packing up for a family getaway we forgot to pack a hard contact lens remover. After searching several stores in the area, we found his practice in a local Walmart. Dr. Noel Henry ensured us that he had an extra remover to give us, so we can enjoy our trip.

Absolutely the best service we’ve had. Cannot recommend enough. Did a wonderful job with my child and helping me with insurance info.

I was a chaperone on a band trip when I scratched my cornea very badly. Dr. Henry at the nearby Walmart was recommended by the hotel staff. After dropping the other chaperones and kids off at Hollywood Studios, the bus driver took me to the Walmart. I arrived about 20 minutes before the office actually opened, but the optical staff took me back to the office where Justin, the office manager, was already there and getting things started for the day. He signed me in. Dr. Henry arrived shortly after and took me in immediately. He was very kind and professional. He saw the pain I was in and did everything he could to make me more comfortable. He assessed my situation and prescribed drops and an ointment and even gave me some daily contacts to use while my eye was healing. He made a special appointment to meet me the following morning at 8: 00 to check my eyes again. After following his treatment plan and taking it easy that day, my eye was about 90% improved by that next morning. I was able to go with the group to the beach and Disney Springs. I continued to follow Dr. Henry’s plan and now my eyes are completely better. I highly recommend Dr. Henry and his staff.

I was in Orlando for a week back in November and left my contacts at home. Dr. Henry's's office was extremely helpful in helping me get a enough trial pairs to last for the duration of my trip! In fact tthey were the only office willing to even attempt to help me! Incredibly professional, patient and kind, and one of the cleanest and most welcoming offices i have ever been to. If I'm ever in the area again and need an optometrist, I will definitely be going to Dr. Henry again! Thank you!

Best customer service I have experienced. I was in Orlando on vacation and had forgotten my contact lenses back at home. Visited the local Walmart as my doctor back home had advised that many Walmart's have Optometrist. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. I presented my prescription and they were able to assist me with some samples to last me thru my vacation. Needless to say they exceeded my expectations. Thank you!

I have moved about 15 miles away from the Walmart where I used to go to the eye doctor but have found it is worth the drive to go back to Dr. Henry. He is very kind and gentle and explains what he is doing before he does it. His office is immaculate and he was right on time. My daughter was very anxious when she came for her first appointment and he was very calming for her. His manner is very professional and gentle and as he explained what he would do, she relaxed. I gave my highest recommendation for this I doctor. I would drive as far as necessary to go back to him each time. He is caring and not only looks after what your eyesight is like now, he showed me pictures of my eye at my last exam and at this exam and compared and showed me that he was looking for any changes to be aware of. I felt very reassured by that, very taken care of and that there is no one more competent than Dr. Henry. I am so thankful for him!

Dr. Henry was a life saver! We were here on vacation and my son only packed one pair of contacts. We were able to get another pair from Dr. Henry. Thank you!

These guys helped me out big time. My daughter lost her contacts and we are traveling. They went above and beyond made it really easy and couldn’t have been any nicer.

First time visiting and I was pleased. Dr. Henry is so kind. Never thought in a million years I would ever wear contact lenses again but I walked out wearing a pair. Staff is very friendly as well.

I was in Florida on vacation and one of my contacts ripped. I had no back up so I called here and they said that if I bring in my prescription from my original optometrist, they could give me a free pair if they have contacts so I went in and not even three minutes later he came back with a free set of contacts that fit my prescription. If they treat non-customers like how they treated me so well, I can’t imagine how they treat their actual customers!
