Dr Patty and her team are the kindest people ever. I had a traumatic experience with another dentist so I’ve developed dental phobia but I’ve never had a more relaxing, and caring experience than what I just had with Dr Patty. They listen and they really care.

I've posted happily several times in the 5 years I have been a Dr Patty patient.
I've had braces, implants, bone grafts and more. They are very knowledgeable and Dr Patty can do it all under one roof. No going back and forth to outside oral surgeons and orthodontists.
This review is to compliment a young dental technician named Grace for giving me a pain-free dental cleaning this week. Normally I find getting my teeth cleaned 4 times a year (due to problems with my gums) to be a hit-or-miss proposition. I'm just too sensitive to the poking, scraping and water-spraying.
Therefore, I was surprised that with no explanations and, frankly, no begging her to go gentle on me, I had a perfectly relaxing experience. She seems to read your mouth and know how to get the measurements she needs and give your teeth the cleaning they need without causing pain and dread. She also has a very pleasant personality and puts you at ease.
Thanks again to all the ladies there, from Dr Patty to Narquita to Dr Nelly and to, of course, Graciella, or Grace. I can confidently recommend them.

Update: Please read response! How unprofessional can you get, this review is most definitely not FAKE. They way you treat customers is fake. Sounds like you want to hunt down past clients to harass them (Also illegal!). You should be ashamed to post something like you did. Time to get a new profession and stop scamming people out of their money. The only obnoxious part is your response.

Stay away from this dentist! The entire office only focuses on getting your money. They will tell you anything to increase your bill. They wanted to pull a perfectly good tooth and put an implant just to make extra money. They next dentist said the tooth wasn't even close to being considered for removal. They told my wife that she looked like a Crack head and needed botox to rectify her situation. Our new dentist is baffled by the suggestions made by Dr. PATTIE. They don't care about their customers! Just $$$.

Grace and Niqukira are the very best. I’m always treated with care and kindness. I have the best dental health I’ve ever had because of their treatment and training. Highly recommend!

I have been going to this dental boutique for a few years now and I always have a great experience. From my veneers to cleanings to customer service, they are very communicative and caring. I had an excellent visit for my oral cleaning with Grace. She was very personable and made sure to explain everything to me! I am very happy continue as a patient here!

Never received a retainer for my Invisalign; after completing my Invisalign treatment, I was supposed to receive a retainer to maintain the alignment of my teeth. However, despite several reminders via calls and voice mails, the dentist failed to provide me with the retainer.

Within a few months of completing my Invisalign treatment, I noticed that my teeth started shifting due to not having a retainer. This was extremely disappointing as I had invested a lot of time and money in the Invisalign treatment.

The dentist does not want to reconcile or fix the issue that they caused. When I brought up the issue to the operations manager, she was very dismissive and did not have any proper solutions to fix the issue. I no longer live in Florida and the operations manager suggested that I fly back to Florida on my own expense to have impressions taken over. I also flew to Florida 3 times throughout my Invisalign process and there was always an issue. This lack of concern, unethical reasoning and professionalism is unacceptable

After multiple phone calls to the office staff and manager, Narkita was the only manager that tried to reconcile the issue by sending me new Invisalign trays, however they were not a good fit nor were brackets installed on my teeth for this set as I was told I did not need them. I ended up spending more money with a new dentist in my hometown to start the entire process over.

Went for my regular cleaning today and had simply an outstanding experience with Grace, Dr. Patty's new hygienist. Grace was highly professional, personable and all around made my visit one of the most positive experiences I've had in a dental chair. Grace is a great addition to an already great team @ Dr. Patty's.

Update after checking out: Upon checking out to pay for what I thought would just be my fluoride treatment, they drop an undisclosed charge on me…. Cancer screen. No one presented me with this exam, or told me that it’s optional and not covered by insurance. So they charged me over $100 for this “exam” and didn’t even care that it wasn’t disclosed prior. Very shady.

Gracie was amazing and delightful! She made my cleaning visit wonderful. Happy to have her as my hygienist!

I highly recommend Dr. Patty's Dental Boutique and Spa. Everytime I walk through the doors everyone is always courteous and attentive to make sure I've been helped. The whole staff is WONDERFUL! I do have to give a special shout out to Narkeita, Ashley, Dr. Nancy, Dr. Nelly, and Daisha. Thank you for giving me the confidence to smile whole again! All of Dr. Patty’s employees are warm, sociable, and excellent at their jobs. I have never been to a more compassionately conscientious dental practice. Grace, Isa, Judy, and Daija helped create a comfortable atmosphere for my first procedure.

Always a great experience at Dr. Patty’s! The entire team is awesome. Narkeita is always wonderful. Grace was amazing for my cleaning in skill and disposition. Have been coming here for almost 10 years and I’ll keep coming back:).

Just went in for my cleaning the other day! Grace did a fantastic job and has great energy! Everyone here is so professional, courteous and very sweet!
