Dr Phone Fix & Repair - Pembroke Pines Walmart

Chris is a very good technician once the screen that was ordered was found. He replaced the broken screen within an hour. Unfortunately, it took over a week to get the phone repaired as there was no coordination between Walmart and the DrPhoneFix store. On one day I could not reach anyone to get a status as the store was closed due to someone's illness. When I showed up in person I found the store closed meaning there was no backup either.

Diego was great! He started working on my iPad immediately. I loved the promptness and he was also very professional. I highly recommend this Dr. PhoneFiX. Remember to ask for Diego!

I got my iPhone X fixed here about 6 months ago and i had no issues with the operation. However, today the screen began to malfunction. So I came back to dispute the issue which I was surprised to realize was a non issue to the technician. He kindly reassured me that they will fix the phone free of charge. I don’t usually leave reviews, but I believe the best measure of a tech related company is their ability to understand that good technology is not one dimensional and it can and will rarely have an issue or two. Therefore to make what I offer as a business more attractive I have to offer a compensation to this issue with quality customer service and reasonable means of communication, because not everyone is tech savvy. The employees do a great job at this store and the store itself has a great selection of electronic accessories. I went to get my mother’s phone screen fixed, and Daniel (an employee) who was really helpful got the phone back to me within 5 minutes. I would recommend anyone here for any mobile device difficulties or repairs.
