Dr Phone Fix & Repair Cooper City

The screen on my MacBook Pro cracked. After hearing from BestBuy that it will take about 3 months to get my laptop fixed I decided to take it to Dr. PhoneFix in Cooper City. BEST DECISION EVER. They ordered my screen and fixed it within 3 days. Immaculate customer service! Highly recommend!

I called this morning to get my phone fixed it was great customer service. Kyle helped me in a very professional matter & helped me get my issue fixed right away. The wait time was awesome things were done in a timely quick manner. Best place ever for any electronics to be fixed:)

I refer everyone I know! They are the best in the business! They are reliable, reasonable, trustworthy and stand behind their work abs products. They are responsive and can pretty much fix or repair anything electronic. With three boys I have been to my fair share of repair places before I came across this gem. They might not be the cheapest, but remember you get what you pay for! If your looking for knowledgeable, trustworthy, dependable, accountable this is your place.

I went to repair my iPhone 8 cracked screen and it was quick, affordable, and extremely convenient! Roshan was my tech and he was great. Would 100% use Dr phone fix cooper city again!

Takes too long.
I am a college student who wants to fix an old iPad I have to use for my eBooks at school, so I brought my iPad Air in early last week because it wouldn't charge. Now it's Friday, and it's still not ready. Somehow when they diagnosed it, they diagnosed it wrong so they changed the battery, which wasn't the issue. I had a small crack on the top of the screen that apparently somehow got worse? So they fixed it, (against my initial wishes) which still wasn't the issue. It's been at an outside lab now for almost a week and the issue turned out to be a $20 charging port, but all the repairs they made are adding up to be about $130. I don't have that kind of money! Between the unnecessary repairs and the amount of time I've spent waiting, I wouldn't recommend using Dr. Phone Fix for your repair needs.

Vanessa fixed my phone in under 2 hours, she is great and very sweet and you’ll have your phone fixed in no time!

Very nice people.they do need to communicate with customers better though. I had to hound them to see if my item was ready. Gave up calling for a couple of days and when I finally called back they said they had left me multiple messages (untrue)

Worst place ever! Save yourself a headache and do not bring your device here! Brought my phone here originally because it wasn’t charging they replaced the battery charged me for it and it was still not charging. Brought it back for them to charge me yet again to now replace the charging port when I got the phone back it was now charging perfectly but they messed up my SIM card reader in the process of repairing the charging port. What’s the point of having a phone with a new battery and charging port when it is not functioning otherwise! I will NEVER COME HERE AGAIN! They have had my phone for over a month sent it to corporate and everything to try to repair it. If I knew I was bringing my phone here for them to break it I would had just bought a new one to begin with. What a waste of money and time! Do yourself a favor and do not come here!

I've bought one iPhone and repaired several other phones at this store and the service has always been great. The staff is knowledgeable, courteous and will often go the extra mile to make sure their customers are satisfied.

Went to fix the screen on my iPhone X today. Reasonable price with great cusotmer service.can't beat that. I was assisted by Felix. Excellent 1st impression. If the need arises in the future i will definitely come back to this store. And my phone looks great!

I’ve taken a few phones here on different occasions and they have done good work.today I went to have a battery changed in my phone. They told me 20min and I was out in a little over half that time. I would recommend them to anyone!

The people were nice. However the service was terrible. My phone cracked and I went there to fix it. When I did, they said it would take 45 minutes. I came back 45 minutes later and they had not even started. The technician that was suppose to repair my phone had left and just came back when I went to get my phone. They said it would take 45 minutes again. I had work so I had to leave and called them on my work phone saying to call this number when my phone was fixed. It had been around almost an hr and I didn't get a call. So I called them and they said "oh yea its fixed you can come. " It was as if they weren't going to call me. I had to call them.
So my phone was fixed but I noticed after I was playing games and texting that my phone was unresponsive sometimes. Luckily, they had sent an email that said there was 90 days warranty if something was wrong with the phone.
I went back to the place and they said they would fix my phone for free. They told me it would take around 45 minutes again. When I came back they told me it would take longer than that. I had work again so I went back to work and luckily, they called me this time when my phone was done. However this time, for some reason my home button completely stopped working. They told me they didn't 100% know the problem and if I wanted to figure out why I had to pay more. I was not going to pay more to figure out a problem that was not my problem in the first place!
So I'm stuck with this phone where the home button doesn't work and my phone is still not 100% responsive. It was better than before when they first fixed it but still not the best.
Long story short, I don't recommend this place. I would rather have my cracked phone than the one I have now. I wish I went to Apple themselves to fix my phone. This was not worth at all.

Very professional management and attention to detail. I had a bad battery and it was replaced in less than an hour. I appreciate the personal attention and prompt service. Would use this store again for all my phone or Ipad needs.

Loved my experience here.my phone battery was completely drained and i needed to get a new one.the service was extremely amazing and the employee who attended me was kind and helpful.it only took 45 minutes to change my battery.would def recommend!
