Amazing service. I've used them in the past to fix a couple of iPhones
(broken screens) and they always repaired them to perfection. I also recently brought in my laptop to fix a keyboard issue and since the solution was so fast and easy, they didn't even charge me as a way to thank me for my prior and future business. I really thought I needed to buy a new laptop so they saved the day.

The service here was excellent. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They fixed my phone very quickly.

This place is amazing. I had a problem with my phone twice and they helped me through these tough times. They even found an additional problem and after all that I have been through are repairing it for free. Frank and shuki are the freaking best. Nobody does it better then them and their prices are the best. They repaired my device in less then an hour. Great job guys.

Fast and friendly service. I brought in my iPhone XS Max to have the screen replaced and the phone was ready in 20 minutes.

I cannot recommend this place enough. My phone was previously fixed & somehow I cracked it again underneath where it was not noticeable, Frank was able to quickly find out the issue and he upheld the warranty promise & fixed it within an hour free of charge. My phone is like new! I am so happy to have chose this location & will be returning for all my phone repair needs. Thank you, Frank!

I've been to Dr. Phone Fix a couple of times (iPad and keyboard issues) The manager there was so wonderful. The iPad was fixed quickly and unfortunately the mac keyboard was not fixable. He was so professional and did everything he could for me. I was totally impressed with the attitude and service. I will always return there for my needs.

I called Frank at 7: 55pm (5 minutes before closing) to ask if he could fix a phone. I arrived two minutes to 8 and he welcomed us with a smile. In 10 minutes I had the phone fixed, a new screen protector, and a new case. He not only saved the day but did it with a smile. Perfect example of what customer service should be. He earned a customer for life. Thank you Frank!

I have been to this location four times in the last year - twice for screen repair and twice for an issue with the home button. Today, I paid $74 for a new battery ($30 for "diagnostics" and $44 for the battery). Totally rip off considering Apple would've done it for $30 (I didn't know it was a battery issue until I dropped the phone off; I thought it was a home button problem). The staff is very polite and professional; however, I never get a follow up phone call about the status of my phone. I always have to call them or just go on. The two times I had my screen repaired were good. Just disappointed in the ridiculous cost for the battery.

This store has great customer service and great prices. Casandra was able to fix my device and have it returned quickly! I would highly recommend for anyone needing their device repaired. They also have a great selection of accessories for phones.

Now, I had to replace it again plus the screen of my iPhone 6 plus. The price for both services were very good, specially for the quality of the parts you used. Definitely, I would recommend your service to everyone, but I sincerely hope that I don’t have to come back for the third time. I am going to be more careful with my devices!

I Came here countless times to fix my IPhone 6 Plus. They never seem to disappoint me. Great service!

I went to this place when the iphone 6 was practically still new out.shattered screen, I got it replaced, when I get the phone back they are trying to upsell you a tempered glass which is supposed to come with the replacement from china for $135. I get my phone and its missing one of the pentalobe screws didn't noticed until I removed the case weeks later which they kept pushing for us to get, the wife paid for it and I didn't inspect the phone because imagine the screen replaced, temp glass on, and a surrounding case to hide the screen that kept lifting up. The charging port started to fail shortly after and the phone battery was dying faster the normal.fast-forward today I still have this damn phone and I have had nothing but screw ups that are tied to their repairs. I came back just to write this review cause they suck.go to apple if everything on your phone is original trust me.
