Dr pollock was extremely through in his examination I would not go anywhere else in Broward county

Very rude office staff called the office about the pharmacy issue the lady I talked to was Jennifer so rude in talking to me wouldn’t let me explain the issue I was having told me how it was going to be done so my fiancée listening to her he told me to just hang up. I don’t know if I want to deal with them. Doctor is great but office staff need to know how to talk to his patients.

I have been at Dr. Polock's office for many years. Always helping me bring my diabetes and blood pressure numbers down to almost normal levels (my fault I barely exercise). Sends my lab requests to Quest and I set up an appointment there at my own liking or availability. When the results come in he explains them step by step and easily for me to understand. By the way on their phone number I leave a message and they get back to me during working hours, I have not had a problem.

Very bad experience, last year my mom had surgery and now she has no thyroid gland, the Dr pollock began to prescribe a pill with a dose of 60mg and out of nowhere the dose changed to 90mg! My mom started to feel very bad and we came to talk to him.and the staff treated us rudely, zero empathy

Dr. Pollock is the BEST.
After 25+ years of diabetes, he has helped me get my numbers back to normal.
I especially like his wonderful personality and the friendly staff.
The best endocrinologist I've ever had!
The only negative is that it is almost impossible to reach anyone there by phone.

I have visited this office for several years. The wait times with an appointment are an hour or more. They have no idea how to charge and will surprise you years down the road. The only saving grace is Jennifer the medical assistant.
