Dr. Renato Segura, Sunrise FL

I am grateful and very happy to have found Doctor Segura, he is very competent, efficient, welcoming and very professional, his entire team is very efficient and welcoming.

I was recently kicked out from this practice an they refused to see me or sign any disability documents in the middle of my medical condition, his other office in emerald hills on Sheridan were mistreating me n lieing to about sending important documents an I was very upset they were playing with my life an never took me seriously n would hang the phone up when I called. As I was trying to change locations emerald hills office called this sunrise office n told them not to take me. Sunrise office told me dr Renato segura said he will not sign anything for me even though he signed a pervious form incorrectly n disability office said they sent in request many times n emerald office refuse
To answer. I am in the middle of a health crisis n they all refuse to see me because I was asking for too much, I never dealt with unprofessional staff from both locations in my life n never got in writing that they would stop seeing me, I was also diagnosed with another conditions n the doctor gave me medicine that isn’t helping an now they're refusing to see me because of the other office said so. Mistreatment n neglect an discrimination.

The experience at this office has been horrible. They have terrible staff. Doctors are okay. But a very poor management. My Mom had an appointment for 4: 00 pm. I start calling from 3: 30 pm to inform them that we would be late as she had not been feeling well all day. They have a telephone system that you call and call and no one answers, they hang up on you, you can't leave a message. I spoke and asked to speak to the manager and she never answered. The only time I managed to get someone to help me, the person in the back of the office told me that he would let someone in the front know and told me they will call me back. He asked me for my phone number
He said they would call me back in 2 minutes and I'm still waiting for the call.
I then called more than 11 times and no one was designed to answer the phone. I arrived at the office with my Mom after having tried to call so many times and we were told sorry but you came too late we can't see you. That the doctor would not be able to see her despite me giving him my explanations and my Mom feeling bad. What kind of treatment is that for an elderly person who came only for his test results. After the same office changed my Mom's appointment 3 times and we had to accept it. But arriving 25 minutes late was very serious for them not to let her be seen by her doctor. Please don't go to this place where instead of wanting to help their patients they tell you not in your face as if you were an animal and not a human being. They have to hire people with more humanity.

I really do not understand the low score here. My wife goes to this place regularly and she gets stellar service every time. Far better than other places like Miami Beach Community Health Center, Emergency Hospitals, HCA and others. Actually Doctor Bryan Lubansky is one of the few doctors I can unequivocally say that is a smart, caring and overall good doctor.

Very good service at the reception and Dr. Segura is an excellent professional.

I seriously don’t recommend this doctors office at all, from the doctors to the front desk employees I can say they are so unprofessional, I didn’t choose to come to this office it was the insurance company who made it as my primary doctor … but unfortunately these people still think they r in South America and they treat patients very rude ….

Worse costumer services never go there they are rude and hang up the call no reason they over charge for every insurance payed all uou have to pay a extra from no where
