There is nothing wrong with making a mistake or even having a bad day.it becomes a problem however when you don't own up to it, do not offer an apology and the absolute worst is placing blame on the patient. Since Fawn and others left this office it has become unorganized and one of the most unprofessional medical offices I've ever been in my 20 plus years in the area. You're not the only act in town, you will never have my business nor will I refer anyone to this office.

When there is zero acknowledgement of any wrong doing on your part, this disingenuous generic reply is no reason to have the confidence necessary in this office to give you another chance.thanks, no thanks!

You are so wrong and again incapable of assuming any responsibility. The immature and unprofessional behavior of the two (only 2 not several as you indicate) people involved is amazing. There is one thing you are very good at and that's playing the victim.

Love this Doctor and love the Staff! My Mother, Aunt and Other Mother all go to him for a one thing or another. He will give you his honest opinion and not try to “up sell” you on anything. If he can’t help you he will say so and recommend someone who he trusts can. Thank you Doctor Bloy and Staff for the amazing job!

This hormone treatment that Dr. Bloy heavily markets, of course impact different women different. There is no exam of you before treatment, just a convincing sale talk. You are not getting levels of hormones adjusted to you personally. It is a premade pellet. If you are advised to take progastrin so that you don't bleed as your uterine gets thicker, you should know that commonly causes depression. You should also know that the body often pushes the pellet out, and that infections are common (There had been 8 women before me with the same problem just the day I came in). I strongly urge any woman who thinks of doing this treatment to ask your OBGYN before commencing. I do have to say that all staff are very nice.

His staff is great and he always willing to help and answer any concerns, prices are fair and he does lots of cool stuff for women, like weight lost program and facial stuff and body.

I was a patient of Dr Bloy for over 30 years. He delivered my daughter and I always thought he was awesome. I made a appointment 3 weeks ago to be seen today and was told I didn't have an appointment and that I was blocked in their system. I was then called back to the office manager to be humiliated by her telling me I had filed a chapter 7 and they will no longer see me. I have since bought a house and a car but can't be seen by a Dr. I hope they never have their life turned upside down and made to feel like they are garbage in life! What a horrific experience that I hope no one ever has to experience. Wish they would have called me instead of having me Come there to be schooled.

Highly recommend Dr bloy and rest of his staff! I feel welcome and am actually getting answers after years and several other doctors with no progress. He’s knowledgeable and very informative bout every step and process!

I have had a wonderful experience so far with the staff. All have been so pleasant, and answered questions for me that I didn't even think to ask. They encourage good health and wellness, and work hard to make the patient as comfortable as possible. They found and diagnosed a disease that I didn't know I had, and now I feel so much better since I am receiving the proper medication for my situation. Love this place!

I have been going to this office for over a year now for my female stuff. The whole staff is friendly and I have an enjoyable visit each time I go. I recommend to show up AT your appointment time, not before.

Not only is the staff rude (snickering and gossiping while patients are sitting around for an hour) but this place is a rip off. I went in for birth control and they told me I needed testing done. Then they tell me the test results came in and I needed to come back to the office. I come back just so they can tell me I need to schedule another appointment for more testing (this visit took a total of 1.5 hours. I saw the doctor for 15 minutes and they charged me $80!). I come back for the third time for my 2nd test. 1 month later and I'm being charged a total of $400 for all this nonsense and for them to tell me I'm completely fine. I swear they make up illnesses to take money out of your pocket. The actual doctors are very nice but overall a huge waste of time and money.

I just got off the phone with Mary Kay and Crystal and they were absolutely delightful. Couldn't have been more helpful or accommodating. I'm surprised that anyone would have had a bad experience with them. If the doctor is as good as his front office staff, I'm looking forward to excellent care.

Hands down, the entire staff are the most pleasant. Dr. Bloy and Eileen (his secretary) are amazing! Dr. Bloy takes his time when discussing procedures. He gives total input. It's very obvious he ENJOYS his patients and really understands. As for his actual hands on. THE BEST! He wants to bring 110% satisfaction. Eileen is an expert at her job. She, too, shows total enjoyment.and is just as personal as Dr. Bloy and his other staff. Also, they ALL are very much up to date with the latest and greatest technology. HIGHLY recommend.

Called the office and briefly spoke to the receptionists who were by far the rudest most horrendous people I've ever spoken to. None of my questions were answered and they were flat out callous about my situation. I was referred from a friend who highly recommended the doctor and his nurses so I'm sure they are wonderful but the front desk staff should be ashamed to be representing the office.

This office is the worst office in Fort Myers, FL, I went to this office about 2 or 3 years and left done to one office the doctors leaving the practice. I called this office the ending of 2015 and the beginning of 2016 to get one page of my medical record, so I can have a procedure done. Per Dr. Bloy office manager Eileen or Arlene she would not release my record until I pay a balance from 2 or 3 years ago, I made it clear I was unaware that I had a balance with there office for one I never received a bill and two if it has been this long my account should have went to collections. The balance of $35.00, Do not get me wrong I do not have a problem paying the balance but by Florida law this office can not hold your records for an overdue balance. She is very money hungry which is surprising they are have medi- weight loss and obgyn.

According to Section 458.331 (1) (m), Florida Statutes, a physician may be disciplined for "[f]ailing to keep written medical records justifying the course of treatment of the patient, including, but not limited to, patient histories; examination results; test results; records of drugs prescribed, dispensed, or administered, and reports of consultations and hospitalizations. " Moreover, Rule 64B8-9.003, Florida Administrative Code, in addition to the above, mandates that the records be legible and contain sufficient information to "identify the patient, support the diagnosis, justify the treatment and document the course and results of treatment accurately for any owed or outstanding balances. " Finally, the physician should be aware that failure to keep written medical records could subject the physician to penalties ranging from a mere reprimand to a combination of a two-year suspension, followed by probation and a $5,000 fine. Section 456.057 (14), Florida Statutes.

I've been going to this office for a few years and wouldn't consider changing. Eileen, Dr. Bloy, Bobbie, Amy.everyone.are the BEST at customer service. And most of all, I feel safe in their hands and couldn't be happier with the cosmetic procedures I've had

I just called the office and spoke with Mary Kay. She was very pleasant and very informative. She was able to answer all my questions in detail. I am very please with the initial contact with this office. I will be making an appointment soon.

I have been seeing Dr Bloy for over 15 years. He is knowledgeable, takes his time to listen to his patients, educate them on the latest research, is a big proponent of healthy diet and lifestyle to prevent disease, and doesn't undermine more natural courses of treatment and prevention.
