This is an absolutely horrible place. They have sent me to collections and then claim that I don’t have any collections with them wealth a charger sitting on my credit and I try to speak with someone and they keep sending me to voicemail of their billing department that for months refuses to call me back.

Dr. Norman and his staff were great. Very efficient visit. Thought I would be going in to have my psoriasis examined and they were able to remove 2 moles during the visit as well. Thank you very much.

It's truly a blessing to have such an amazing, and humorous dermatologist. Dr. Norman is the best! I have been a patient since I was 12 and I'm now 35!

Now that Dr. Norman is seeing patients in RIVERVIEW office, the quality of service has drastically changed for the worst. I waited almost an hour in the exam room to be talking care of and after my exam waited another 45 minutes for him to come back to do a procedure. I left before he returned and will probably not go back to his office.

Great service. Quality of care is awesome. I felt very comfortable and they listened to all of my concerns.

From the front desk, to the PA to the doc, they were all fantastic, the wait was just a few minutes, the treatment was quick and efficient. It was fantastic experience and Dr. Norman has a great team of people.

I use to see Holly. I have been working in Atlanta this year but was seen early in the year. I flew back in to Tampa and had a follow up appt on some areas. I confused my appt time and was about 15 min late (I had been sitting in the parking lot) when I went in the front desk said they could not get me in. I am back in town again briefly and went to my 9: 00 appt on Thursday only to be told the Dr. Would be another 15 min. Which would be in addition to the already 10 min he was late. AND the other 4 people in the waiting room that also had a 9: 00 appt with him. I cancelled him and found Holly Pohler. I called Meira Dermatology which is where she is in Largo her own practice and they got me in same day and no wait! Always a pleasure and so comfortable with Holly!

I really like the doctor and staff. The biggest issue though is the wait was over two hours. That's not fair.

I hate to leave such a terrible review on the business owner however, I have been waiting in my room for almost 40 min and have not seen anyone yet, not even a nurse. Throughout this time I have been hearing Dr. Norman being very disrespectful and rude to his nurses. He was yelling and cussing at his employees, being very disrespectful to the young ladies. I normally see Dr. Holly, and I have had no problems with her and she has been great but when I came in today, I was informed that she left. I do not blame her after the way I witnessed him treating his employees. He is very rude, impatient, and disrespectful and this is all before I have even been seen.

Holly is the one who treated me and she should have look at the chart before prescribing the medications. I called the office multiple times for a change of medication the nurse lane always goes to voicemail and they never call you back. Here I am without medication suffering with rashes all over my body. Very bad service. And HOLLY please look at the charts before giving the medications

I hate to leave such a negative review on a business however I did try to resolve my issue by calling and requesting a call back initially from the staff and then the office manager and no one has called me back.

I went in for a biopsy in October 2021 of which resulted positive. I went back in May 2022 as the sight was bothersome and with symptoms. It was only then that the ARNP- Holly notified me of the positive biopsy. That's 7 months of not notifying me. Holly told me that a certified letter would have been sent out to me (of which I would have had to sign for but never received nor signed for) and that multiple attempts would've been made to notify me via phone - again - never received any calls or voicemails. I second guessed myself and thought well perhaps I should call the office and find out when the calls were made (certainly they would have time stamped and notated my chart of trying to reach me right?) or a copy of this certified letter (certainly it would've been scanned into my chart) - the receptionist told me nothing was in my chart regarding calls or letters. This means it's been 7 months + of having cancer without treatment because this office failed to notify me. You would think by them dropping the ball on something like this that they would at least return a phone call but then again do I really expect that? Holly is great however her staff is not. There has to be better protocol on this kind of situation.

Reason of giving it a two star is because I'm not sure how the doctors are but the lady at the front desk has very poor customer service. She is very rude with an major attitude. Talks over you while your trying to speak and will not let you say anything. When I called I was not able to speak and then she hung the phone up on me. Not including when I went in I waited 20 mins tell she walked to the front desk to give me papers to fill out.
