Dr. Sandino A. Gonzalez, Miami FL

This is WORST PRIMARY I have ever had. The doctor has done nothing for me, other than refer me to a specialist. I have an HMO, so I need referrals and authorizations. Good luck! I have missed so many appointments that my specialists even think this office is a joke. If you are looking for a good primary, keep looking!

Has been my Physician for over 10 yrs, his affable and kind manners are an exemplary asset, not commonly found, never in a rush, great listener.

I am writing on behalf of my mother in law Rosa. Dr Sandino is knowledgeable no doubt, but the office has tons of issues. You barely can get in contact with the office only the answering service. When you give them forms to fill out or referrals that need to be sent out, they just aren't and them the ladies tell you that you never gave it to them. Not just once. This is terrible staff issue for a doctor that is loved by his older clientele. My Mother in law broke her wrist called twice and my husband backed up the confirmation for the referral call and they are PRESENTLY waiting at a baptist specialist for anyone to send the paperwork. Even the Baptist staff and Doctors can only get hold of the answering service. Disgraceful and sad!

Dr. Sandino Gonzalez is an excellent experienced doctor with an excellent staff. I call this a miracle combination here in Miami!
I like the high level of knowledge, honesty, detail oriented of Dr. Sandino and his staff. I was very please with the way the staff took care of me, also I love the modern facility with a nice and clean waiting area.
