He could tell that I was in a lot of pain and after explaining (quickly, high energy) the issues that were causing my pain he made a treatment plan and answered all my questions. Today was my first visit but I will be coming back.

I’ve had a great experience each time I come in for treatment. Drs listen and really work to get you to feel better instead of just giving you pills to mask what’s going on.

Wish I could give zero stars. This man shouldn’t be allowed to touch patients. When he did my SI joint injection he was so mad that I didn’t want to be put to sleep. It’s just a shot! One that I have had before by other doctors, AWAKE. He just wanted to be able to bill higher. So I refused to be put to sleep and he then injected me so quickly and with so much force (and no warning) that I jumped. He then just walked out. Even the nurse was mortified for me. He even tried to bill me for it! I told me insurance that he didn’t give me anesthesia even though he submitted the claim with it. Never went back there again.

I've been battling piriformis pain for six years and treating with a local PM here in Tampa area. My established PM was on Xmas vacation and Dr Kramarich was filling in down here. He provided the BEST exam. He listened to my complaints with sincerity verses just trying to get me quickly out the door for the next patient. He was able to inject the pain medication into the right spot. First relief I've had in six years which allowed me to stop taking my pain meds. Liked him so much I'd travel from Tampa to J'ville for treatment for next Injection. Thank you Doc for helping me with my pain which also benefited my family bc I'm not such a grouch

If I could give zero stars I would. This guy is very unprofessional. First he sends my drug screen to an out of network provider who tries to charge me $240. Then he had another business partner who left the practice to start his own business, who recommended I have an ablasion on my lower back. They schedule me and then on the day of the procedure this guy tells me he’s not going to do it. That he wants to repeat a procedure I just had done less than 2 weeks prior, b/c he didn’t do it himself. I told him I wasn’t going to do something I already did and I wanted the nerve burning (ablasion) and he refused to do it and said he would send my records to whatever other practice I wanted to go to. This guy is a joke. Don’t go here.
