Easy appointment process. Minimal office wait. Expert and caring professional care and advice.

This office is a joke. I scheduled an appointment 3 weeks in advance. I asked if they took my insurance and was told yes. They took all of my insurance info. They sent me several confirmation notices prior to my appoint. When I arrived early, as instructed, I was told by the receptionist, who had the phone in her ear, to sign in and have a seat (as a new patient, I was given no paperwork to fill out?)
After waiting 20 mins, during which time I listened to the receptionist spend 10 mins. Ordering lunch for the whole office, I was finally called up to the window and told they no longer take my insurance and that they stopped taking it a month ago. Which was a lie unless the girl who set up my appt.originally was lying.
They could send me multiple confirmations but not ONE msg giving me the option to cancel my appointment? I drove 35 mins to get there. Obviously they have no respect for my time. Apparently it was more important to order lunch than tell me that they no longer took my Insurance when I first got there.
The man sitting across from me said that he had an appt for 8: 30. They put cream on his face for a blue light procedure and he had been sitting in the waiting room for almost 2 hours. I found out later that once that cream is put on your face, you have to have the procedure within about 17 mins or have It reapplied.
Needless to say, they new I wasn't happy with their business procedures when I walked out after voicing my opinion.
How do people do business that way.
Funny thing is, they sent me a text asking if I'd like to reschedule my appointment.
That's hysterical.
That would be a great big "Not a chance in hell".
I wouldn't do business with you incompeteent
Idiots if you PAID ME.to let you.
Find a different dermatology office people.

Dr Wall seemed very good. She was thorough. When I left I bled through my shirt and ruined it, lol.

I had to wait an hour to be seen but once they took me it took a reasonable amount of time and the personnel were good.
