5Had my first appointment today with Dr. Sofia and let me tell you that Sofia and her staff are exceptional! I waited not even 10 minutes and was already called in. Very welcoming environment. I personally communicated with one of the ladies at the front desk, I believe her last name is Cruz. She has EXCELLENT customer service as well as the rest of the staff. From the moment I spoke to her Ms. Cruz on the phone I knew I was going to be in good hands. She followed up with me multiple times as she promised and made sure everything was set up before my appointment! Dr. Sofia was also extremely sweet and caring. She explained everything very thoroughly and made me feel assured. Will definitely recommend this facility!
This is the first time that I go to a Cardiologist and I dont have an electrocardiogram to compare with the previous ones that I have in record, a very nice person but I dont think she pays much attention to what the pacients said.
