Dr Patel and his staff are amazing! Dr Patel is so sweet and caring. He goes above and beyond to give his patients the care that they need. The front desk was very helpful and attentive. I got my results back quickly and they were very informative. Jennifer is also very sweet and gentle. I would 100% recommend this office!

Dr. Patel and Jacqueline have been a total BLESSING FOR ME. I WOULD 100% RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE! A few weeks ago, I found myself in the hospital 23 weeks pregnant with an extremely low hemoglobin level (3.8). My OBGYN recommended Dr. Patel (her own family uses him as well!). Over the course of 4 days in the hospital, they monitored my levels and came and saw me every day to check on me - and this was over the Christmas holiday! Thanks to their care, my levels drastically improved and my baby is ok (thank GOD). After getting out of the hospital I have continued to visit their offices on a weekly basis. They are efficient (get me in and out of there with very little wait times every time!) and effective. My levels and health continue to improve and my baby is still perfectly healthy. I truly believe they saved my life. I would recommend them to anyone! Thank you Dr. Patel and Jacqueline!

I had an anaphylactic shock due to iron therapy infusion and the doctor freaked out. He flushed out their room with saline water. When I open my eyes I asked him what happened. He said I don’t know. I asked him can I drive to my other test he said yes if you feel bad, call 911. I went to Asthma and allergy associates office who is are my allergist and Dr. Cathy saw me and she told me that day I went to this hematology and had iron therapy, I had an anaphylactic shock. And she couldn’t believe the Dr Patel, didnt xal 911. West Boca hospital so close his office, its in the same plaza. He didn’t even let me check up in the emergency room. Dr. Cathy End up giving me an EpiPen just in case something like this happens again and either the people around me or doctors around me don’t know What’s happening And now I’m on histamines 24 hours since then, I flared it up more more times And also learned that since the first anaphylactic shock, they a possibility that within 12 to 24 hours to get another one just as hard or worse. My advice of him get your own perception of things, but if you’re about to die, do not count of this doctor to make the best judgement call.

My mom have been being treated by Patel. He is a BLESSING, one of the best above the rest! You couldn't ask for a more compassionate, knowledgeable, and wonderful doctor. Very professional office & curteous staff. They saved my mom life and they made her feel comfortable and safe. Thank you for all you do to save peoples lives.

Dr. Patel is very good. However, his staff has not returned my call to make a follow up appointment. I have been in and out of the hospital and July and June left numerous messages for them to give me a call back to schedule a follow up visit as it is very important and no one has called me as of yet I am very disappointed and considering going to a different doctor. I am now looking for a different hematologist and annoyed that I have to start this whole process over. I recommend the person that is Rita needs to find a different Doctor Who will value your time who will value your service, and not treat you like a non-factor.

Similar to previous reviews. I am flabbergasted at how poorly Dr Patel and his office treats patients. The Dr and his staff have the temerity to charge money for lab and other diagnostics and not have the decency to return weekly telephone calls in pursuit of your results. Worse still, is that they will make follow-up appointments with patients and NOT KEEP THE APPOINTMENTS. I have been waiting for 3 months for diagnostic tests and they have neither called, mailed, or contacted me or my referring GP. They have also failed to reschedule my follow-up appointments that THEY have missed.

Please save yourself the heartache, the wasted time, and your effort by not employing this so called physician. Dr Patel and staff are a complete and utter abomination to the medical field; they should be ashamed of themselves for even opening up their office day after day.

I cannot strongly urge you enough to stay as far away from this so called "practice" as possible.

0Star. I have been calling that doctor office to schedule an appointment that my primary doctor gave me a referral to doctor Patel. They been telling me his own receptionist will call me back, I haven’t get any call back and I have been calling more than 10 times.

If there was a way of rating this office even lower I would. This office is completely unorganized and unprofessional. No matter when your appointment is EVERYONE will wait hours to be seen. We have waited 2-3hrs after the appointment. This is obviously their plan as they over book and make people feel like cattle. Every person in here is very sick and upset because of this. People just waiting in hallways that are very sick. Do whatever you can to never come here.

I've been going to Dr Patel for over 5 years. Dr. Patel is very knowledgeable and he makes me feel confident as I deal with my Leukemia.

Well let put it to you this way, if you willing to wait 3-4 hours in a 12x12 room with about 50 crammed patients you found the right place. In a scale of 1-10 I will give it a minus 10. Horrible experience!
