Dr. Blom, didn't tell us his name he didn't ask any questions he did not explain the drops he was putting in my daughter's eyes. I had to ask him what are the drops for, He didn't say her name. He didn't ask was she having any issues seeing in school. No communication skills, I had to ask what is her vision 20/50 and I asked him after the visit what is his name. My daughter said he was silent she had to ask him what was going on with her vision. I had to ask the assistant what was his name he didn't speak or talk he didn't explain to my daughter about the air in the eyes process. The front desk reps is always so nice.
