Dr. Thao Nguyen, MD, Tampa FL

Dr Nguyen is very good. Staff is good. I was taken care of quickly and I feel great. Had an issue with my wrist and now it feels better

It was quick and comfortable but they didn't offer me anything for my pain which I thought wasn't very professional but overall it was ok

My experience with Dr. Nguyen was good. 5 stars no complaints.

Regarding the company /practice overall, however. I had a few minor follow up questions (2-3min conversation) after the appointment and called the clinic. The front desk said company policy is that the providers cannot contact patients, and I would be required to schedule ANOTHER appointment just to discuss. This is a crazy policy (and costs me time and money)

Everyone was super nice and very professional. I was in and out in a very short period of time. With all of my questions answered.

I saw Lauren on both of my visits to OMGTB and I thought she was the best! She worked with my three broken fingers and within two weeks I was out of the temporary cast and into a simple velco wrap for my ring finger and my pinky finger. Absolutely amazing job! I couldn’t be happier and, should I ever need a orthopedic surgeon again (which I sincerely hope I don’t), I will definitely see Lauren again.

I had an issue that was concerning to me so I wanted to get the opinion of a doctor.

I paid 200$ for an appt with Dr. Nguyen, and was taken back and met with some very nice nurses and a nice lady who I believed was a doctor.

I didn’t realize I had never met with the doctor until afterward, and now I am out 200$ and I still don’t have the opinion of a doctor, when the whole reason I was there was for the peace of mind that a doctor had looked at my issue and given their opinion.

The lady I spoke with on the phone tried to make me believe it was my fault for not asking for the doctor. I thought that was implied when I scheduled an appt to meet with the doctor lol.

Waste of time and money. Not really what I expect from the medical industry.

Dr. Thao Nguyen was wonderful. They made me feel like part of the family. She was thorough, and straight to the point. I could tell she truly cared about my well being. I would recommend her to anyone, and her staff was very informative, and answered all my questions without haveing to go get answers. It was a pleasurable visit. They were a delight to visit.

First visit with Dr Nguyen. The office makes it so easy to schedule appointments very quickly. She diagnosed my issue and painlessly treated my problem. Glad I chose her facility she is What you need if you have problems with any Orthopedic problems I won’t hesitate to refer any of my friends to her!

I think she is an awesome Dr. She did such a good job on my finger. I thank her so very much.

My experience was good we were in and out and no time. The staff was amazing and the doctor was very patient.

Dr. Nguyen is excellent, knowledgeable and takes the time to explain surgical procedures. I highly recommend Dr. Nguyen. The nurses were experienced, knowledgeable and friendly. The surgical area was exceptionally clean.

I thought it was a very nice office. The staff was friendly and efficient. I have not received a call back that my insurance will cover the injections for my finger.

Will not go back to see her again. Very rude. Judge mental, she goes by what she reads and not what I try to explain, She had her mind made up when she walked in the door. Didnt want to listen or help. Sit in the doctors office for two and a half hours, for her to be so rude. Wouldnt even let me get a word in without a smart remark back.even called me a drug addict when I was there to get something beside pain pills

Easy check-in process online and very little waiting. Staff extremely friendly and professional. I was very satisfied from start to finish.
