The staff is very friendly and efficient. The wait was not long. Dr Jacquemin took the time to listen to my concerns and understand the problem. His diagnosis was on target and the treatment efficient. He’s very caring and competent. I highly recommend him for minor or serious illnesses. You ll be in good hands!

Dr. Theirry Jacquemin is amazing! He actually gives you the time of day unlike other doctors that treat you like a number. I had a really great experience with Dr Jacquemin’s office! I needed to use their Hyperbaric Chamber after surgery and everyone was very kind and helpful to me throughout the whole process. They have some of the most affordable pricing for the metal chamber in Miami. I believe they have had a change in staff recently and I can’t say enough about them for anyone needing a boost in recovery after surgery! 10/10!

I have been Dr. Thierry’s client over 3 years now and he always take care of me and my health/ From blood work, hormone replacement to botox and fillers. He’s the best!

The Doctor I met was nice as well as the staff, but the overall service is absolutely atrociously awful and outright dangerous. Here is what I emailed the office

I am reaching out to express my disappointment with your office and how difficult it has been to get in contact with you. I have called over 10 times and only got through to a receptionist once who never even called me back after leaving messages.

(Edit - called an additional 5 times today)

I was seen for a potentially infected cyst or swollen lymph nodes under my armpit. I urgently needed antibiotics, and the script was never sent to my pharmacy until a day later and only after working extensively to get in contact with the office to remind them.

After the script was finally sent to my pharmacy, I found out the script that was sent was for antidepressants (Paroxetine) and not even antibiotics which is extremely dangerous to mix that medication with what I am currently taking.

This is the worst service I have ever gotten from any HCP office and I will not be returning and strongly suggest for others to find another provider.

Awful experience, very sorry to post 1 star but its important to inform newbies relocating to South Florida looking for a General Dr like I did, I should have known by the opulent office in Coral Gables with no patients waiting, do yourself a favor and pass unless your looking for a med spa with hyperbolic oxygen chambers or to be in the company of a celebrity Dr on Miami Real Housewives show on Bravo TV, but if you need a physical or general Dr appointment do yourself a favor and pass.

Terrible experience! Front desk is not responsive when you need to contact the office. You never see the Dr but a health practitioner. Dr Jacquemin must be busy doing botox and other spa treatments.

I was a client and I had top much issues with them. Thierry Jacquemin is a nice person but all his staff is totally incompetent.just for example. I had to redo a blood test 2 times because they lost the sample of blood.and they make me and my insurance paying 2 times. I did a allergy test and after 1 year and half I have no my medication!
So please stay away from them for ur health and ur money.

Update 4/24: to clarify this has nothing to do with the doctor himself but everything to do with the front desk and the lack of professionalism every time we contact the office.this will be the last time we visit this office. Both my husband and I have had a terrible interaction and experience with the girl at the front desk. She either acts rude because she knows it’s us calling or withholds our medical records with lies about saying she never received them from the office of where the analysis was performed. Which they also called me to inform the girl at the front desk was extremely difficult and responded with an attitude. When there’s a common denominator about who the problem is, something should be done. Whether or not her mom works there, this is beyond nepotism and she’s giving your office a bad rep. Nonetheless, we will be looking for a different primary doctor moving forward. It sucks because Dr. J isn’t the problem but dealing with an unprofessional and rude receptionist is not something we look forward to when dealing with our medical needs. Be warned.update: when doing my follow up video call with Dr. Jacquemin himself it was a very different experience. He was very kind and informative and apologetic about my initial experience with his office. I was appreciative of his attention and knowledge as well as patience in delivering my results and answering any questions I had.

First visit here, my apt was not acknowledged until an hour later. I just sat there in the waiting room for an hour with just being told they were waiting for a room. Why book so many apts for a time rooms won’t be available? Wasted valuable work time and parking meter. Once in the room, it was another while until I was seen and I never even saw the doctor which I specifically requested to see when I first booked my apt. Other patients who arrived after me were called in first and when I was leaving I saw they actually got to see the doctor. When I went to pay they were telling me I was fine to leave and I didn’t even get my license and insurance card back. The office seems really disorganized and chaotic. After my blood work follow up, will not be returning.

Taking advantage! $350 for a dr visit, extremely expensive and does not accept payment plan. Call and ask how much they charge before making appointment. Was not even seen by the doctor himself but by a physician assistant.

My partner is very uncomfortable with getting any procedure done. After paying thousands of dollars for this procedure the second time, his hair did not grow back. Right before the surgery on the table, Dr. Thierry team mentioned to my partner that he would need a second surgery after this one. It is very disgusting how this establishment can take thousands of dollars from a human being and lie about what they can “promise” to do for you.

My primary doctor going on 8 years. He listens and then explains his approach to keeping me at optimum health. WITH GOOD RESULTS! Best doctor I've ever had.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Jacquemin for 2 years and unfortunately my experience interacting with his office has been awful. They are very disorganized and uncommunicative.

I saw this when I asked follow-up questions over email after my first visit and figured I’d given them a chance. Weeks went by without responses to me multiple emails. Unfortunately their lack of communication and willingness to help extended past that. After that, we had a follow-up appointment over video call and I never received a link to the portal until an hour after the call was supposed to start. Then once I did it wasn’t even Dr. Jacquemin going over the results with me. It was another person at his office.

Recently I asked for them to fill out immunization forms and they never responded to my emails. The last straw was me asking for a refill prescription and after almost 2 weeks I received no responses. This was after they apparently changed email address to provide a “better experience” ironic.

I will not be returning to this doctor again.
