3 Zero stars for Cheyenne (sp?) Dr M’s scheduler, and for Donna, Summerfield office manager.
Early July, I called to become a new patient for Dr. Mathew. Cheyenne had me get my history from my Primary Doctor, which I did.
Two weeks later I called and now Cheyenne wanted my current gastroenterologist history. I signed the release form.
NEVER HEARD FROM HER AGAIN!
After several left messages I finally had leave a request for help from Manager Donna. SHE NEVER CALLED ME!
I talked to Ann, Surgery Center Manager on Friday 8/25/23. On Monday 8/28, Ann called me to find no one else had called. She said she would follow up.
On Tuesday, 8/29, someone left a phone message for me that, “It is office policy not to accept a patient who wants to “transfer”!? !?
Several weeks of trying. Bothering my Primary for records, and an Anonymous phone message after all that?
I should already have been able to see a doctor but Cheyenne and Donna just seemed not to care about me. Now I wonder if that really isn’t office policy and that Donna and Cheyenne just punished me for talking to Ann.
It was a great experience Dr Matthew makes u very comfortable under the circumstances I would definitely recommend him
Dr Mathew and staff are fantastic. Staff is friendly and caring. Have had endoscopy and colonoscopy and both went smoothly. Dr Mathew is a skilled and knowledgeable doctor.
