Great Hospitality from the office staff! My psychologist was very helpful! Best office I have ever been to!:)

Office staff is very friendly and the doctors are amazing!

Been seen for almost 3 by Dr Nuszkowski and covered by insurance and now all of a sudden elenor says my insurance doesn't cover and hasn't paid (I have proof and ins company sent them proof) then tells me a md had to be on duty and ive paid my co pays. Being given the run around tells me not seeing new patients which I'm not or existing patients. Elenor gave me her card to email her but never gets back to ya, I've called and no return calls, put blame on the dr and says dr put it on her. Poor way to handle/take care of patients. I'm not one to ask or seek help but with major depression, intermittent explosive disorder, ptsd, and bipolar they just leave ya hanging and Eleanor says find someone else to go, when 1 its not easy spilling your guts and during the covid people aren't taking new patients. I hate to think dr nuszkowski knows this is going on and does this.

Office manager controls the office and patients. If you don't please "Eleanor", even after she interjects herself into your life, she will have you banned from the office. Some people should not be in the medical field or even close to it if they do not understand people in need of help. "Eleanor" is a bully with a sweet voice, don't be fooled. If you can avoid her, the doctors are good. If you can get to them. I cannot recommend a medical provider who lets their clerical help control their practice, I need reliable help and I cannot get it here.

Unfriendly office, specially the front desk. Over priced, had my visit for BP and picked up a lab work referall. Less than 10 min in office $90. Shocked.
Horrible office.

Absolutely no way I will go here. I had A referral to this office and due to weather and uncontrollable circumstances I was called in to work and had to call an cancel, not even 24 hours later I received an invoice for payment due becuase I didn’t cancel which I did. I call and spoke to the receptionist And she stated it was office policy but seeing that the visit was going to be my first time there as I was a new patient there how was I supposed to their policy’s. They were not very understanding at all will not gain my business.

Dr. V Townsend is amazing. I absolutely look forward to my appointments with her. No matter what is going on in my world, I leave her office feeling better than I did when I arrived. The staff is friendly and understanding. All of the other Dr. 's are approachable as well.
