Go somewhere else. I have a new doctor and what a difference. I have dealt with receiving bills from years ago as their accounting is horrific and unprofessionalism on many levels. You are charged for an appt for seeing a doctor and never see the doctor. I think they stay in business because of the nurse practitioner that is very nice. I’m in a much better place where I meet and discuss my health care with a board certified MD.

The worst medical attention, they do not respect the patient, the doctor does not examine you, only her assistants.

The worst consultation I have had in all my years in the US. It hurts not to have read all these comments before because all the negative comments that you can read here are exactly what I experienced, the positive comments I suppose are from friends, families or workers. I went to an appointment three times before the procedure, I never met the doctor. The day of my procedure they called me at 12 and 45, it was after 3 and they still had not attended me.
I was going to withdraw a simple contraceptive, despite the fact that my US had been with it for a long time, everything was seen in the place and everything was fine, they invented a whole theater of procedures and anesthesia which they charged me because according to them my insurance did not cover it. Everything was false to charge the insurance, I never felt any anesthesia, they left me alone for a while in the office with the serum and supposed anesthesia that didn't even make me sleepy. They went in and out all the time, but I stayed there alone. In one of those days they entered, they put a speculum on me and left me with that speculum on for more than 20 minutes until the doctor finally came in and it wasn't until that moment that I met her, that's when they invented that if a cyst that if biopsy. Today I am going to pick up the results, thank God, everything is fine, the biopsy was in the endometrium, I did not understand anything, it was never said that there was something there, a thickened endometrium was never seen in the us or anything to do a biopsy, the supposed cyst was something less than d one centimeter normal menstruation things that disappear on their own. In short, a whole theater to charge the insurance and me. And it was a simple procedure, just removing a contraceptive something as simple as three minutes.
