Dr. William Bethea, Ormond Beach FL

The doctor was nice but the company gave my personal information out to a sketchy third party.vendor. I became the villain because of my concerns.
I guess they have enough business that customer service isn't important. I fired them and moved on.

I was there with my children and they were polite, efficient and it was very clean. Even though my visit was in and out Dr. Bethea was thorough and I felt like my issue was handled properly. The staff from the front to the back was polite as well! One of the ladies up front in particular (I wish I could remember her name) was very sweet and patient with my daughters. Its always a relief when people take the time out to share their life experiences and make conversation to make you feel welcome ️It was a great experience!

Went to dr bc i had hives and wouldn't go away at 1st they tried to get rid of them by meds once that didn't stop them he immediately took a biopsy and sent me to get blood work done and have to go back in 2 wks well its been 1 so going back in a wk will update post after i see him next wk

Very friendly staff from the moment I walked into the office! Dr. Bethea was very nice and efficient. Office was very punctual with my appointment time.

The entire staff is friendly, helpful and very professional. My husband and I went to 2 other dermatologists before we found Dr Bethea. We followed Dr Bethea from an office much closer to our home when he moved to another office which is 45 minutes away because we liked him so much.

UPDATE!
A different doctor gave me an antibiotic for the rash I had and within a week it was gone. The cream he prescribed made the rash worse and I was unable to get rid of it and continued using the cream he prescribed for months because I thought he knew what he was doing. I suffered with this ugly rash on my face for 5 months because of what he prescribed. I will definitely never go back to him again.

The more research I am doing about the skin issue I am experiencing I am realizing that the cream he has prescribed is not recommended for what I have as it will only make it worse as time goes on which is exactly what is happening. I have to wonder if he is one of the many doctors out there that just keeps you coming back by not fixing the problem. I am searching for a new dermatologist so that I can get an antibiotic like tetracycline or erythromycin which is what is commonly prescribed to clear this type of rash up. No doubt he has a good bedside manner but I must call his practices into question. He is a skin doctor. If he doesn't know this cream is bad for this type of rash then he isn't a very good dermatologist. If he does know and prescribed it to keep me coming back then shame on him!

Dr Bethea and the nurses that work with him are very nice. A full body scan can be very embarrassing, but they all make you feel very comfortable. Dr Bethea is very soothing and not at all intimidating, he answers your question (even the dumb ones!) but doesn't make you feel dumb!
