In town for vacation. Dropped phone and needed repair. Took phone in and it was repaired (new screen) in around 1 hour. Friendly and very reasonably priced!

Julio and his staff are top notch! And the value for the tech can't be beat! Even by the big box stores (names not worth mentioning and self check lines Aghast!). I choose to support small businesses and Dr Wireless is our neighborhood expert! And a real person will give you customer service. Hours are flexible and convenient. Knowledgeable and friendly. Multi-lingual too.

Well finally the screen arrived and HAROL did a very good job, my old phone looks like new.

DO NOT GO HERE FOR PHONE REPAIR. Phone will end up even more damaged than how you took it to the store. They don’t offer no discount for negligence or nothing. I called a day prior to coming in asking if they can repair an iPhone 14 back of phone the glass was broken shattered whoever I spoke to said yes and told me he would charge $96. I went the next day around 1pm and was told to pick up phone at 6pm I thought it was long wait time but whatever I still proceeded. I got there at 6 dude tells me it’s not ready and to go back at 8pm. Mind you store closes at 8pm. I made sure I got there before they closed I got there at 7pm. He told me he was still working on it and to take a seat. If he told me to wait and sit I was assuming he was almost done. To my surprise he hadn’t even started. Time passes by clock hits 8: 15ish and I’m still waiting he’s not saying anything to me or updating me at all until I ask him he than confessed that he messed up the flash on the camera and he was trying to fix it. I was so upset he’s like it’s not going to be ready today I can try to fix it by filing down the plastic that covers the LED flash because he had melted the plastic covering the flash. He said I’ll try to have it done tmr Sunday if not it’ll be til Wednesday because he ordered a whole new back piece. What would’ve taken maybe 2-3 hours maximum took almost 2 days because he damaged the flash on my camera. He than said that it was his first time operating on an iPhone 14. He wouldn’t update me at all I had to call and check in. I trusted this place because my family has had various phones repaired multiple times but I will never go back to them. Horrible service bad communication, unprofessional, poor customer service overall just horrendous. I wish I could give 0 stars. Worse part is he gave me my phone back and the flash works but there’s no plastic covering it it’s literally just the mini bulb from the flash. So I took my phone to get fixed for something specific and I get a phone returned to me with something else damaged. He didn’t apologize he didn’t offer a discount noting at all. He would even laugh and giggle when he was explaining that he had messed up. He would get distracted and not operate on the phone he would watch TV or speak on the phone flirt with female customers and laugh like if he was at his house. He wasted so much time doing nothing instead of fixing my phone. Customers are not his priority clearly. I just can’t believe this place is still in business. Please fire that dude that “fixed” my phone I don’t know his name but he’s a short chubby Hispanic dude sounds like he’s from some part of Central America. AGAIN: DO NOT GO TO DR WIRELESS.

Bad service they fix one thing and damage another they are not responsible for washing their hands they do not know how to do the job well 0 points do not bring your equipment to this place

A piece of crap, I brought an iPhone 14 pro Max to fix the back and they damaged the screen, they were not responsible, bad, bad, it doesn't work, don't bring your equipment here

Mischief, poor repair, in short nothing covers guarantees anyway, much less do they give you anything detailed in writing about the guarantee, so you will always have the ones to lose, almost $300 in the trash

This store is only good for purchasing a phone They do not accept payments or returns The parking is not so good bcoz it is located on the corner of a very busy street

Wow, friendly service. $60 cheaper than their competitors. They told me 1 and a half hour for the repair (front and rear glass note 10+) but it was done in 20 minutes. Highly recommend.

This guy is the best place I've been to yet in Haines City area. Very fair work prices. I recommend.

So far very satisfied also very good prices in my opinion iphone 11 had a broken screen and they fixed it for 80$ which is a very good price compared to other cell phone repair companies and so far the new screen looks great!

Very nice people working in the shop, able to repair my phone and give updates through out the process. It took a little longer than I expected but I also don't have a super common phone.

If i could give 0 star i would give 0 star owner is very rude and arrogant will use aftermarket cheap parts and wont honor warranty even tho they say they will BUYER BEWARE rude indian man

Brought in two phones to be fixed and paid $180. More because I also bought accessories. Came back in because one phone cracked again, and one stopped working. Came in within their three month warranty because the screen literally popped off and they refused to fix it because the LCD isn’t working. When you get your phone fixed they tell you if the screen stops working they’ll fix it within the warranty. Lies. I purchased the phone cover and screen protector that the lady put on herself while I was in the shop and they still won’t cover the repair. They’re nice when you first come in, but when you come in for warranty work they don’t wanna hear it.

Amazing phone repair place! I called UBreakIFix and they flat out told me No. They said I couldn't have my mom's iPhone 12 Pro Max rear glass replaced unless Apple themselves fixed it for $599.99. I refused to believe that it was impossible to fix that rear glass and decided to call Dr. Wireless.

The gentleman that answered the phone was extremely polite and honest. He explained to me that it can absolutely be repaired and that the cost is significantly less than what Apple quoted. He was very honest and didn't even need the phone's pass code (unlike what UBreakIFix requires). There was no appointment needed, I just walked right in and dropped the phone off. This seems like a family business, and I'm always happy to help support these smaller local businesses. I'm also very happy to say that I WILL be returning to this repair place in the event any other damages to ANY of my phones happen, and I will not hesitate to recommend all of my family and friends to Dr. Wireless.

Great customer service! They explained everything to me and helped me save a lot of money on my bill. Will definitely come again! Super amazing! Saved this mom $80! My kid broke the headphone jack in the remote and he was able to fix it and didn't have to buy another remote! Will always come to this place for electronic needs! Give 10 stars if I could!
