My mom was going here and she really liked her. But now when we call this location and there Hialeah location the phones are disconnected and we even stopped by in person and no one is inside

I have a heel spur for 2 months on my right foot, I went to see this doctor at January 7,2024 to get pain killer and I still with the problem. Doctor didn't get the cure for my pain. I wasted my money $115.00 dollars copaid only. I'll never back this place.

This was my first visit, very clean place and peaceful. I was very nervous and shy regarding my toe nails, But they all make you feel comfortable. Dr. Zahra K explained everything and was very professional. Thank you and see you soon.

I sincerely wish there is less than one start as my choice. On October 11/2022, I've called then to setup an appointment and as always, the first question I asked was if they take my insurance? And the answer was positively. So today, October 12th /2022, I was supposed to been seeing by the doctor and for my surprise the attendant grabbed my Id and Insurance and went inside to come right back and tell me that they don't take my insurance. This is outrageous, disrespectful, unprofessional and unethical. I can't find words to express my disgusting and frustration in which the way this people handled my call. I drove 26 miles to get there on rush time with traffic against myself to hear that! Off course the young lady to which I spoke with, denied that it was her who answered the call on the 11th.
Anyways, I saw some bad reviews on their page and decided to give it a shot, which cost me dearly. Definitely STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, unless you want to be frustrated and very, very disappointed.

I want to thank Dr. Z for doing a miracle on my toenails. Super happy with the way everything has turned out, I also want to thank the staff for being patient and very professional. I highly recommend anyone who is insecure with the way their toes look to pay Dr. Z a visit she is the best.

First time visit with Dr. Karbasian for my ingrown toenail since she was able to see me the very next day when my other podiatrist treated me in the past was not available for another week. The staffs were young & pleasant. The office is clean, the doctor is patient, professional and explain everything in details about the procedure as well as the insurance coverage process. Good office hours that even open on Saturdays, walk-ins are available too. You can't go wrong with Dr. Karbasian.

Dr. Zahra and her staff are amazing. They saw me and treated me right away. Very clean office and the Dr is very informative.

Found dr.k online. The office is breathtaking. Very clean and inviting. Staff is pleasant, there is a sense of calm there. Needed a quick procedure done. The doctor is very professional. The office also have a good amount of parking space. Ask about the nail polishes btw. Overall, 10/10.

At Dr. Karbasian’s podiatry clinic, the service was lightning fast and the staff was super friendly! I went in to get an infected toenail removed, and I though the procedure was going to be very painful. But it was done in less than five minutes with no pain and I was out and about walking around like nothing!
