Drain Mechanics installed a new septic system with a lift pump. We had a couple issues with the pump and some communication on getting this wrapped up. Brooke was amazing in assisting getting everything taken care of and making it sure it’s done right! At the end of the job everything that we had issues or concerns about was addressed and they always made sure to fix right away. Thanks! I would recommend this company!

They cane on so short notice the company is had a under contract Palm Bay Septic till this day since i called for an emergency on memorial day i have not had a return call but drain mechanics are the best so far

Had Drain Mechanics over to do suck out my septic tanks. Couldn’t have asked for a better crew to come out! I had Robert and Judge out to the house little did I know I thought I only had two tanks to find out I had four! Previous company never opened the other two tanks ever! Just goes to show knowledge is everything! Appreciate the info and quick and clean work!

My kitchen drain was totally clogged. We tried a plunger, snake, shop vac, and chemicals and it wouldn't budge. Called Drain Mechanics on Friday, scheduled an appointment for 8: 30-9: 30 this morning (Monday). Barsky was here promptly at 8: 30 and within the hour my drain was flowing better than ever. Barsky was friendly, polite, and efficient. He was conscious of my property and cleaned everything up when he finished. I'm so glad to have the use of my kitchen sink again. I'm glad I called Drain Mechanics and will happily refer their services to anyone needing help with their drains.

Drains in my kitchen and laundry room sinks were backing up and they worked me into their schedule in a hurry to get it taken care of. The plumber arrived, and quickly got it snaked after finding the drain cleanout that was hiding behind my disposal. Super job. I recommend them and will use them again!

I did not know where my tanks were, but Joey and Richard diligently spent the extra time to ensure my problem would be resolved promptly. They had to dig all along my house to find the tanks, but when they were done, everything was clean and back to normal. They also took the time to answer all my questions. Great team! I really recommend them!

Our house needed repiping, Drain Mechanics quoted a reasonable price and scheduled the work, Darius, Chris, Lee & Craig set about their jobs. These young men were amazing, professional, neat, clean, smart and answered all our questions. They did an outstanding job and cleaned up after they finished for the day. Taylor & Colleen who were sweet, informative & work with you on your schedule - to the AMAZING workers Robert & Judge we had a great experience! After searching other companies in the area who were "behind schedule", cost more & not as accommodating- we are so glad of this choice we made.
Robert & Judge worked great together, were very pleasant & shared all they knew about the professional job they completed.
We advise others to "Look No Further", Drain Mechanics are the best! And, the bonus here is that besides septic problems- they are/have plumbers too- that I look forward to calling, not IF, but "WHEN " we need one! KUDOS TO ALL & THANK YA'LL!

Absolutely amazing experience! They abandoned my 2 septic tanks and connected me to city sewer. The work was completed while we were on vacation. Came home to a completed project! Yard was even sodded. Awesome to deal with Brooke and Julio! Great people with a flawless experience! Thanks for a job well done!

We had kitchen sink clogged, called that morning was told would be there between 1 and 4 pm. Right on time and Carlos was courteous and wasted no time in cleaning it out. Will call them in the future.

Had toilets not flushing and sludge backing up in the shower. They came out same day. Extremely professional and technician was very knowledgeable. Went above and beyond in both curtesy and professionalism. Definitely 5 stars!

Had a leak right at the city line. They came out the next day and had it repaired in less than an hour. Very reasonable price. So thankful for the nice fast service. Will definitely call if I need a plumber again.
