Luis Garcia was our plumber. He is definitely an asset to your organization. Excellent job. Very professional and polite. Very fair prices. I couldn’t be happier.

I had a national company quote the same job. They were going to do less and we’re still going to charge more than twice as much. The national company also mislead us on how necessary parts of the job were.

We have a new plumber now. You’re it. A very sincere thank you.

What a nightmare.

Had septic tank pumped in February after being in the house for 2 years (house was new build).

Worked for 2 months, then tank was full again.

Come to find out the pump tank "collapsed". We have a septic mound. No one comes on the property.

Paid for a new pump tank and for the septic tank to be pumped again. They say they tested the pump and it was working.

Worked for another month before the tank inevitably fills again.

Call them again. Pump isn't working now.

The only way the tank fills that quickly twice is if the pump was never working which they said they checked initially the very first time.

Never giving this company another cent. Zero accountability and just full of excuses for obvious issues.

Maybe they've gone down hill recently, but customer be warned, steer away.

EDIT AFTER RESPONSE:

We were not home for multiple days between June 1st and June 28th. We are just 2 people in the home. We ran the dishwasher once, and have extremely limited water use other than that based on the reports I have received from OUC.

If we were able to fill the entire tank between those dates, the pump would have never been working in the first place and probably wasn't working from the start when you reported to have checked it. Please do not try to alter every circumstance to explain away this.

EDIT 2:

Our water usage from 6/1/23-6/28/23 was just over 900 gallons at 902. For the tank to be completely full means the pump was never working. In addition, the clean out cap was left off again.

The childish response here is all you need to know about this company.

Removed any mention of the tank replacement other than the timing of the collapse.

Also, your statement below is not fair. I let the people at my home know I was happy to pay the invoice for the visit today, but denied any future service. I'm thankful you seem to be waiving it, but do not insinuate that I somehow asked for this in any fashion. Your quote: "we will meet your wishes. There will be no charge for today's service, we will refuse to accept any more work from you so you won't have to spend another dime of your money with us. No more disappointment for you. "

Drainage solutions was the best choice I've made, good service, great customer service and ya can't beat the prices. I'd call them call them again for any of my plumbing.

Very pleased with Drainage Solutions - just had our drain field replaced 5/11/23, it took only 3 days from start to finish (passed county inspection). We got 2-3 quotes and these guys were spot on, good warranty and did everything they said they would. The longest part was waiting for the permit (approx. 8 weeks). The office staff was very easy to work with and the install team braved the florida heat and ripped out the old drain field in one day, inspected the next, and neatly backfilled on the third day. Definitely recommend.

I can't say enough good things about the service provided by Drainage Solutions. I had to have a replacement septic system installed and my tank pumped several times and the teams who provided service were friendly and efficient.
The installation went smoothly, and with minimum disruption. Pricing was fair and accurate for all services - with no hidden additional charges.

Frank and his team were excellent! Outstanding work quality by the field team and office staff went above and beyond expectations. The contract & work scope was to replace very old (~60 yrs) septic system which basically consisting of; 1) replacing old concrete septic tank by installing new 225 gal lift station (tank) w/1hp grinder pump with installation of applicable electrical connection and alarm system back of house, 2) installed new transmission line (2inch piping) from lift station to a new installed 1060 gal septic tank system in front of house, 3) Install infiltrator chamber drainfield system (~300 Sq feet) that’s connects to the outlet of septic tank system and cover to grade, and 4) remove a water supply line that was in the drainfield area and reroute outside of septic system.

Overall they did a great job and I’m happy with the work they performed.

I used this company to replace my drainfield, and while they were quick and efficient, the office staff was incredibly unprofessional. When their person called to have us pay the balance, they did not hang up the phone all way before discussing the fact that I did not answer with someone else at the office and say that I was dodging the final bill. When confronted with it, the same person said that never happened. Lesson for this company to learn: make sure your call is sompletely disconnected before talking about customers and own your words, don't lie. Apologize and move on.
