Dream Space Coast, Titusville FL

Great location and tons of space! I toured here and it was lovely, the community manager was great, and so were the leasing associates. I will definitely be leasing here.

I recently moved to Dream Space Coast and the staff has been nothing short of amazing. Andrew has been there for me every step of the way and honestly I couldn’t see myself living anywhere else. If you don’t believe me, stop by and see for yourself.

Amazing new apartment community with a phenomenal leasing staff, beautiful amenities, very competitive rental rates, and awesome views of the river. Highly recommend you check them out first if you're planning on relocating to Titusville, FL.

When I lived there, they had to put us in a hotel for a week because the fire department shut them down. They were rats in the building and the water pressure then they kicked all of us out. They did try to make it right by giving us the last month free
If they got everything fixed, could be a nice place to live

Jessie, Kalen, Anthony and Juan were very professional There were patient and they showed me the building and the apartments until I found the perfect one.
All of the amenities offered at Dream Space Coast, inside and outside, are amazing the modern concept, the automatization, the gym, yoga studio, the swimming pool, I am very very happy with my apartment. I recommend renting at this property, where you can relax and enjoy the river view.

5’stars for my new home!

We’re retired professionals who relocated to the area after selling our home to downsize. We’ve been up and down the East Coast of Florida looking for the right place with the kind of water view and amenities we want and need. After much searching, we finally found Dream Space Coast. At the time, we had no idea about the illustrious and nation-defining history of the building itself. Originally constructed in the mid-60s, the two-tower complex was built directly across the Indian River from the Kennedy Space Center to ferry aerospace professionals to the epicenter of the Space Race. The building has undergone an extensive $22 million revamp and upgrade through DLP Capital, which respected and maintained the historic significance of the towers. It is now a reimagined showplace in which to live and to witness not only NASA launches but also launches of SpaceX, Blue Origin, Lockheed Martin, and more. The site is on the National Register of Historic Places, which appeals to us, but it also has state-of-the-art upgrades, private yoga and Pilates studio, an elevator, a gorgeous pool, a riverfront dog park (we are dog lovers), a Starbucks coffee bar, a game room… the list goes on. Jessica Trapp, the leasing agent with whom we worked, is a joy in every sense of the word. We cannot wait to take occupancy, begin our retirement in such a lovely building that is steeped in American pride and history, and further enrich our lives through the myriad classes and other activities planned and provided by DLP. We knew what we wanted, but after searching for so long and coming up short, we thought we’d have to make compromises—and then we found Dream Space Coast. We couldn’t be happier.

We very much enjoyed the attention Jessie gave us in advance as well as when she gave us a tour. She was GREAT! Of course we also like the property. Glad to have it in Titusville.

Very interesting the difference between how communicative Anthony supposedly is with this property versus the other one he owns and we can never get ahold of him… Anthony it’s time to do a better job and treat all of your properties you manage equally.
