Had a wonderful first time haircut with Jessica. As someone who has been using Aveda products for years, I'm glad I decided to give the salon a try. With the kindness and professionalism displayed by Jessica, I've already made a follow-up appointment.

My friend recommended this salon to get my bayalage done, and I made an appointment with Nicole. I already had highlights on my hair which were orange and I was skeptical that I was going to get the results I wanted but Nicole made it happen! She listened to what I wanted and helped me chose that perfect shade and the perfect haircut! I got bangs with face shaping and I’m sooo happy and in love with my new look! Thank you Nicole your the best!

Never have I ever been happier with my hair before going to a Drew James Salon. The staff is very nice and very well trained in their craft. I go to the Hollywood location more often because it is the closest to me but I have tried going to their other locations and I saw the same high level of service. If you want the best experience, I highly recommend scheduling ahead instead of walking in casually because most - all of the time every one is fully booked. I have gotten lucky one time when I scheduled a simple hair trim the day of. Key word: scheduled.

I got what I asked for but I wasn't wowed! The prices we're right on point. No surprise. I'd go back but for something as small as a wash and blowout.

Had a haircut with Nicole today. First time I’ve been in there in years. She was fabulous. Easy conversation, great stylist who listened and discussed options. Not in a rush. Place smelled great and everyone was so friendly. Must try if in the area or taking a day to treat yourself. Ask for Nicole!

I love this place but is a little pricy. Tien is the best hairdresser ever that's my reason to keep going but is hard to pay 65$ for a short hair cut when I have short hair

Great salon. My wife loves it. She was looking for an Aveda Salon and there's one in our neighborhood.

Drew James salon at Sheridan Plaza is great. They are very careful with social distancing so you feel safe and comfortable. I have gone there for several years and like making appointments if I want online or call in. Always get a great cut, exactly what I ask for. I always get tons of complements on my cut. Super clean place and great customer service.

Everyone was friendly, competent, and followed the safety guidelines, all of which I appreciated greatly.

I am from out of town and came in to see Jillian for a touch up my blonde. She did a great job! I have thin hair and she kept the integrity of my hair - only putting colour where it was absolutely needed - and the colour she achieved was really nice and natural looking.

I love that the salon is still keeping social distancing and spacing out a chair in between each client. Makes me feel so much safer and makes me want to be a repeat client, especially in these times.

Amanda gave the best cut ever! (in my 81 years). Plus, she personable, professional, and knowledgeable about hair products! So glad I found her.

This salon is great. All of the staff are friendly, nice & professional. Gabby has done my hair several times & I will continue to go to her because she always does an AMAZING job. I was looking pretty grizzly in my office zoom meetings so I decided that it was time for a haircut to tame the beast. I went to Drew James Salon and left happy. They have great atmosphere and customer service. They maintain all the COVID19 precautions. I was happy with my haircut. I highly recommend!

Honestly I don't usully write reviews however my experience at Aveda in Hlwd with Hair Stylist "Amanda Salas" was like nothing short of a miracle. I trusted the wrong place & my hair was she knows her stuff. I can almost swear she visualized what to do with my hot mess & went to my hair like an artist to a painting. I'm forever grateful to u Ms. Amanda
And it's such a relief to finally have my very own stylist and she's got a gift.
