No way to contact them for appointments. They say you can switch the car, but ask for a new deposit. Too expensive.

Horrible! We was told the Honda Pilot was clean title never been in accident we found out recently that that the car has a SALVAGED TITLE will be seeing about going to small claims court if we can’t get this resolved

Gave 1 star because I had no choice. It would be zero stars as far as I am concerned. Being a mother a a Marine it is shameful to see how they have our american flag in such horrible conditions flying. They literally have 1 that is hanging from a pole by a corner and it's upside down. Shame on you. Disrespectful to our military and the USA. That alone stopped me from coming to shop at your dealership. God bless our military, veterans and the USA.

Bought a car from this place and have had nothing but problems even before leaving the dealership. First they ruin the fuel pump while pressure washing the engine. Then they give me a loaner while they fix it that breaks down the next day. Get the car back only to find out the sensors in the electrical are bad and the wiring harnesses is non existent held together with tape. Costing me more to fix than the car is worth.

This was the worst car buying experience I have ever had. I purchased a seemingly perfect vehicle and within 2 days the battery died while out shopping causing a overwhelming amount of stress. The next day after spending $200 on a new battery and labor the dealership had nothing to say for it. The next day while at a traffic light the car didn’t even accelerate when the light turned green. Just completely broke down in the middle of a busy miami street. 3 days after purchase! Broken down? Yep. The dealership is infested with shady deals and even shadier dealers. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

If I could put 0 stars I would this auto sales place is a scam from the very beginning there has been issues I've had my car there twice within the 1st 30 days and nothing was done I had to buy brand new tires on within the 1st week now my engine is blown in there telling me because it's 6 months later that I can't there's nothing that they could do to make matters worse when we 1st got the card they told me that I had an extended manufactures warranty that they had been able to add on to the car come to find out the other day when I called them they told me to call my loan company and I did in they had told me that there was no manufactures warranty at that time Now I have a blown engine in the car dealership is telling me that it is my problem and they are not willing to do anything my phone calls have been transferred from person to person to make matters worse before this incident happen there was a recall on my brake booster that they should have known due to carfax but did not make me aware of the recall I ended up having to get that fixed after my brakes failed to work and I ran through a stop sign displaces a scam do not get car from here they do not help and to make matters worse when I 1st got the car the car was 5990 now after everything the car and fees not including interest with some how jacked up to $9000 I was not given any paperwork to break down the itemize figures And now I'm stuck with a $3000 engine that I need to fix on top of whatever already paid it's more than what the car is worth do not buy from here

After buying a 2014 Dodge Challenger RT from salesman Vinny i have to admit i was quite happy with the sale and price. I would buy from this dealer again.

5 star reviews are fakes. This place is a scam full of rude, selfish, pushy, sneaky people. I wired $3000 as a down payment to “reserve a car” only to find out the car wasn’t taken off the website as promise but the price was RAISED. So I obviously backed out.without even signing anything. They wrote rude texts basically laughing at me for asking for my money back. They said to my face “you won’t get a penny back” and refuse to answer any of my calls.
My bank and the police are looking into this.

FRAUD

I purchased a 2014 challenger over 2 1/2 months ago. The car was paid off in full within 30 days. To date and after over 10 phone calls this dealer has not released the lien on the car thus making it impossible for me to obtain the title. I was told it was mailed to me and it was not. I was told to go to the DMV and they would print it for me electronically. Ive gone to the DMV 3 times waiting to be told the car still has a lien.
I cant get past a salesman after calling many many times. This car dealer is so backwards and doesnt care about completing a deal once they got all their money. Beware if you shop for a car from these people.

Please don't buy car or truck in this place.this place is a scam and the city need to do something they will rip you off.i bought a ford f-150 3 year ago and after one year the engine broked down driving at normal pace.i ended paying 3g to replace the engine.they sold me a bad truck that didn't last a year.

Tony helped me and my wife get into a vehicle that she really wanted. He took his time with didn’t pressure us into anything and was respectful to our choices. Once we made our choice he bent over backwards to get us the deal we wanted.
