Took me in with no appointment was there about 10-15 minutes and that was the quickest in and out ever

They are fast, they have a lots of desks to see people, and place is clean. Just that now is complicated to go there because of the virus

This dmv was really expertly set up so you can get in and out really quickly. Nice and clean, cool with plenty of parking. Great work

2+ hour wait time with an appointment I had to make a month ago. Unfriendly staff. Felt like a waiting room in hell.

This office is clean and well organized. I didn't have much time. I was trying to get my tag and title switched. I think I only waited about 10 minutes. Everything is easily laid out. The person who help me was fast and well organized. I wish I had got her name I would put her in th review.

Friendly staff and efficient process. Just make sure you know what documentation you need and bring it. Wandered in at 3: 15 on Friday without an appointment and was out by 4: 30.

I went here to renew license (expires in 3mos) and change name. I needed form to have completed by eye doctor to bypass vision test for renewal. Well they refused to issue change of name/address. His reply "I can't do that. " Absolutely ridiculous. I can be blind and legally change my name. His refusal was absolutely unacceptable!

This is the best DMV I'd ever been! Everybody is super nice and the place is huge, nice and clean!

I have been to many DMV's and this is the cleanest, nicest, and biggest one ever! Plenty of stations and so even with a full house the wait isn't to bad. Plenty of TV's to see calling numbers and so you can sit anywhere. Speaker is also loud enough to hear your number. Staff's have been extremely helpful, nice, friendly and highly efficient to take care of your DMV needs.

Got my license finally but it took the rep a near full hour to process and the whole time we were chatting about personal things. There should be some kind of rep etiquette in their training about not getting into personal details or not flirting with people. Its near harassment.

The dmv here is excellent. I come from a city where going to the dmv is an all day experience. Here, I have only had to wait about ten minutes. Just come prepared with required documents and you will have a great experience.

The people that work here are evil. I got here at 3pm to get a number and by the time my number was called they told me I had to come back Monday since they were closed and refused to help. Horrible Customer service and very rude staff with no compassion what so ever.

I realised how well organized, professional and techinically advanced they are only after i recently moved to PA. I took my first state Liesence and also renewed it one time.
This DMV has online appointment booking, family appointment, instant data verification of immigration status and accepts any card payments. Rather than old conventional token system, only indvidual appointment, mail through data verification of immigration status and accept only personal cheques or money order.

Although the wait isn't great, it's a necessary evil. I highly suggest making an appointment online first. The staff has always been really friendly when I go back. The front reception area doesn't always seem to be happy about being there, but not too bad.

I went on a Friday and expected the lines to be crazy long, and they were BUT I was in and out less than 1.5 hours for my ID and car registration and when I arrived, there were 58 people in front of me. The place is brand new, spacious, plenty of seating area and plugs for you to bring your laptop and work while you wait. The staff was very nice, professional and overall excellent experience. I was pleasantly shocked! Be sure to go online and check required documents needed prior to go and wasting your time.

This office is well organized. People can come here at the last minute to get their work done. Waiting times are generally higher and online available appointments are usually weeks away.

Got there 30 minutes before 8am opening and the line had around 20 people already in it. I had no appointment. I was very worried about morning and spending the next couple of hours in line. That was not the case. The moved us in and i went right to person to get taken care of. Was on the road by 8: 15. Get there early or get an appointment.

Hands down worst DMV experience of my life - would recommend staying away from this location at all cost!
