People inside are really helpful. Don't go early, NO PLACE to sit & wait. MAKE APPOINTMENT & don't bother getting line if you've got no appointment.

All around the experience was great. The service is by appointment only during the pandemic. I made an appointment for Feb 22 but I checked the next day again and I found a cancelled appointment that was available for Feb 5. I recommend checking again once in a while to see if you can get earlier appointment. I went there 15 minutes earlier and got in line. An employee put us in line according to our appointment time. When you go in, you get a number, you wait standing on marked spaces until your number is called. My number was called about 10 minutes after my appointment time. I finished my business under 1 hour total. Follow the guidance given when you make your appointment online. I think it is better than walking in and waiting 3-4 hours like I did before the pandemic. The staff was courteous and helpful as always.

Professional and courteous service and the wait was totally better than before the Covid. Make an appointment I give it a thumbs up! Delray office is nailing it.

Staff is rude and unprofessional. Not helpful at all and lack manners. Went to register a vehicle and every agent says we require something different. Wasted 3 days trying to complete a transaction because they refuse to properly provide with the right information. Now they say we have to go to a regional office because they can't help us there. SERIOUSLY!

Refused to wait 2-3 hours at this office. Went online and made an appointment at the office in Oakland Park. Was in and out in 20 minutes. Why can't Palm Beach county make it easy and convenient for people like Broward county has?

This center is horrible. If your business hours are till 5. All services must run to 5. Everyone has a job to do in this world, so do your job all the way through. People have all types of schedules. Also, no one picks up the phone to set a appointment and you can’t even set one online. It’s ridiculous you have to come during normal business hours and not get anything done but set an appointment. I’m just asking y’all to do your job.

Pretty crowded, but service was fast. Daryl was very personable and helpful.and a great typist (inside joke)

Well organized place, but you need to get there early. I was assisted by Helen S who I found was very compassionate and efficient. She got me out of there in 15 minutes for a drivers license renewal.

I went to simply pick-up my CDL. Got there at 11: 40am. I waited for over 3 houuurrss. I left at 3: 15pm because i had to go to work and didn't get my CDL. The following day I went to the Lake Worth location on Military and was in and out within an hour and half. Trust me, its "Worth" the drive.

Yes the queue is long, but once they open the service is fast. The staff is friendly, I went there on 07/03/18, A gentleman by the name Jean Georges, location SC, station 29, was very helpful, patient. I am so lucky this was my second time he helped me, first time for my learners license, second for my drivers license, Good service Jean and the Managers.

When, I went both times this year to renew my license and to change my name on my license. The clerk that helped me was very professional.the wait time is logic if you don't have an appointment.

Driver services are not a priority at this location. Made me feel like my needs at the DMV were not part of normal operations of DMV.

Way understaffed for the amount of people being serviced at this location. Staff takes too many breaks in between customers. For example at about 9: 50am, windows 27-33 all went on break at same time. Seems that staggering breaks would be in the best interest of customers.
