Quickest DMV I've ever used, and the ladies there were smiling, helpful and friendly.
So glad I waited to deal with titling and IDs till I got here.

There is no uniformity in this place whatsoever. Everyone tells you to bring a different types of paperwork. When you get there they huff and puff and act like you are the biggest inconvenience.

These idiots need to get it together. They spend more time talking to each other and playing around than they do working.

Short white blonde lady with glasses 100% failed my daughter without reason. Not only did she say outside after, that she has passed she had a question to ask she then retracted it to something without validity because she plainly doesn't like Hispanic women. Going to file a complaint. She had zero professional knowledge and you can't say yes and then no and mess with a 16 old when it comes to license just because you feel you have the power to.

That place is lousy there is a blonde girl in glasses who thinks she is an emigration agent my license was lost and I went to apply for a new license that woman asked me for emigration documents or a passport when I am a resident at the end I gave her my social security number security because it was the easiest thing for me since I know it by heart but she insisted on trying not to help me when I've had my license for 9 years that woman is a mess everyone speaks badly about that place it's impossible to deal with frustrated people like you it is that girl if you see this comment get off that cloud that you are not an emigration or military agent you are just an employee and how you treat people they will treat you then he told me that if I want to be an organ donor if I will have any accident and lost my life I told him no and just because of the way he treated me I wouldn't mind donating my organs if I'm dead jjjj I know they won't do anything about it since I've been here in key west for many years and that woman tr tie up anyone who speaks spanish like trash

A+ experience! As long as you have the necessary paperwork, it's a simple and easy process. I was called to be help within 3 minutes of coming through the door.

She realized she was wrong so she just threatened well I'll do it but i bet you get a letter suspending your license... Ugh!

In and out in 10 minutes. Nice friendly workers. No issues listening to my unique request. They were very helpful and fulfilled my request. Transferred out of state motorcycle endorsement to my Florida license. Do yourself a favor and do some research before you show up and make sure you have something to prove you live in Monroe county. Things will probably go better for you.

Only for Monroe county residents. They will not allow you there if your not a Monroe county resident.

Just renewed my driver license in the Key west DMV office, They told me can’t get it straight:) and will mail to me at home:) and it takes about 2 month.honestly can’t understand why they need so long time…? You know reason? No reasons, even no explanation……All of my friends took it the the same day.probably they didn’t like my last name, Sorry guys that i am not American‍️‍️‍️‍️I already new Costumer service attitude for costumers) Every single person from Key West hates to go there….

Service was good, but make sure to come prepared. Everything was organized, quick and easy for me.

My experience is always the same with this place, a decent wait in line, followed with "Sorry, we can't help you. " Your probably better off doing your stuff online.

No complaints at all. The staff are always prompt with the utmost courtesy giving absolutely amazing service!

Worst customer experience I've ever experienced and I'm Military. That's saying something

Thus place us awesome! I moved here from VA where the DMV is the worst on the planet. Hateful employees and wait times always that are so frustrating. I went to their office today and waited only a minute! Debbie was extremely pleasant and helpful. I provided all of my documents and was out of there in 16 minutes! She asked if I was happy with my photo and I was. She would have taken it again if I had wanted that. Great job Debbie!
