Photos to be updated later but I'd avoid this place. I purchased a vehicle is now requiring extensive repair work before it could be drivable - which is my fault for not taking additional inspection steps early on in the purchase process. I was lied to specifically about the vehicle having frame damage. At the time of purchase, they disclosed the vehicle had be in a minor accident (rear end per carfax), but the "air bags did not deploy and there was no frame damage". Visually, from behind the vehicle there was no cosmetic evidence.

I found out about the vehicle having issues when it was making a noise while driving 48 hours after taking ownership. When I called the sales team, I was instructed to take it next door to University Mitsubishi (where they handle the service for Driver's Automart) and they would take care of it.

At first, they had diagnosed the muffle which was crumbled (even though the rear of the vehicle cosmetically was fine and they replaced the muffler. It took 9 days, but when I got the vehicle back, it was still making a noise and it was suggested the rear rotors might be warped. After resurfacing and changing the rear brakes (split cost). It was still making a noise which they finally determined was the rear differential. I was told by the service team they couldn't do the work because it was under Dealer Warranty (also a lie because they knew or should have known about the frame damage).

I took the vehicle to a Mazda dealership which was awesome experience and would have completed warranty work under warranty, but when frame damage was discovered and until I pay out of pocket for the collision damage, the powertrain warranty won't be honored.

When I spoke to the manager Darryl, he was kind enough to tell me that he's done all he can but at the end of the day the state of Florida allows him to sell "as is".

This review isn't meant to badmouth Driver's Automart, but share with those folks like myself that haven't had a ton of experience buying used cars - that there are still some shady things happening out there.

PS. If the Management team receives this review and wants to rectify the situation, I'd be happy to have a conversation.
